Library of just under 1700 songs, and I primarily play on my real Yamaha ekit. Having proper 3 part harmonies on a decent chunk of the library too. Though it's mostly still on autopilot, there are weekly challenges that follow a theme or section of the alphabet or whatever. Gets me to play more if the songs I tend to play less off. Doing a decent job of getting gold stars on most songs on expert pro drums and expert bass, with a handful of FCs in there too. LonelyStoner posted... The Rock Band guitar controller was crap. Because Harmonix wantes to make the best game, you can use most GH guitars in most Rock Band games, so that's not a valid complaint. You can use literally any guitar from any system right now with a specific adapter. It was the shitty execs at Activision that prevented cross guitar use in GH. I own two official Rock Band guitars that are real, full sized and actual wood Fender Strats with the innards turned into a RB controller. If you ask me these games might possibly be hard to bring back in this day and age. Music artists are going to want their piece of the pie if these games take off and we are past that point where video games is a more niche thing were if the guitar hero or rock band game succeeded the music artists would not notice the potential monies they are missing out on for not asking for more lucrative licensing deals, lol.
