As the Ashcroft girl, you're exploring an abandoned hospital of sorts, collecting various items (the item crafting system from 7/Village is probably back), you can switch between first person and third person, and you get stalked by this giant creature in a very Alien Isolation-esque manner, where you have to run from it, hide from it, not make too much noise, you hear it crawling around in the vents or in other rooms, and there's no guns or weaponry. I guess you could say Mr. X on steroids, except there's no safe rooms. Knowing Resident Evil, she won't be the only playable character so there's probably going to be more action-oriented gameplay segments with other characters.
