I'd be skeptical that the shooter even actually knows. There's so much propaganda out there about Democrats and a lot of people just blindly accept it instead of looking at their actual stances and records.

Walz saying this was a political motivated assassination and a betrayal of the police uniform makes me think it's an actual cop that did it and not some impersonator.

Rep. Hortman was a main advocate for the police reform bill and the state house only had a 1 vote majority.

Supposedly the suspect did shoot at the cops according to Walz so if anything, they'd either have one of their own take one for the team and get shot or will only arrest them for attacking a police officer.
