Tywin went out after a peak moment in the show. Things went downhill after Tyrion's trial, but this was still when Game of Thrones was universally considered good if not great, and he went out like a bitch after looking like such a boss for so long so it was the ultimate ironic demise. Cersei went out with a whimper instead of going out with a bang like she deserved after all her plotting and scheming blew up in her face (sometimes literally), spent over half of an already condensed final season staring menacingly out of a high tower window, and the show tried and failed to set her on a last-minute half-assed redemption arc (or maybe moreso her brother, but they roped her into his plot so it counts) only to die without any sort of comeuppance, and this was well after the show had already jumped the shark. But Jeffery Dean Morgan is great as Negan. He even got his own spinoff. The Reverse Flash (The Flash) - Just a great villain. Hannibal Lecter (Hannibal) - If Anthony Hopkins didn't exist, I'd probably put Hannibal on there. (I likes Mads Hannibal better, though) Klaus Mikaelson (Vampire Diaries) also got his own show.
