There's been a bill in two Congress sessions already that has gotten a grand total of one cosigner and has never gotten to the floor. The actual banning won't happen. The age verification is much more likely. And unfortunately it will have the same impact. If you make the sites and studios responsible for if children lie or fake their age, then they just won't do business in the country out of fear of it.
