Im adjacently red scared and don't trust russians again.

I've had a Serbian professor but he learned English in the UK and it was an odd accent.

Unfortunately the worst professor I've ever had happened to be Indian. I never figured out what let him keep that job, and it has been a bit over 15 years running since I took his class. RMP has reviews since 2006.

When it comes to educational concerns, his speech and writing were ridiculous. His approach to examination was kinda BS because even if you figured out the style he wanted the answers, you were still at the mercy of how well it aligned with his specific understanding of English.

I have a vested distaste because I paid money for that shit and halfway through the semester it was clear to at least half of us that it was a lost cause.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but universities don't care about teaching quality. The better the university, the less it cares. Because a professor is almost entirely evaluated on research related activities.
