I could definitely eat an 18 egg omelette. Now that Im grown I eat five dozen eggs, so Im roughly the size of a barge.

Also making an 18 egg omelette is more of a challenge that making 18 scrambled eggs. So no they aren't the same.

An omelette is just a way to cook eggs. It doesn't have to have fillings in order to be an omelette.

That is way more eggs than I'd permit myself on such a short notice. What we have here is failure to moderate.

That's why I mentioned it and Limburger. The smell puts most people off and think they taste as bad as they smell, which they don't.

omelette does not need veggies, cheese, or meats to be an omelette. it just needs to be beaten before being poured into a pan and folded instead of scrambled.
