5 was fox, 6 was nick, 7 was cn, 11 was wb, the rest were irrelevant

In the 90s, Nick was channel 29, and was moved to 25 in the early 2000s at some point.

Cartoon Network I believe was Channel 60 then 72 I think (my memory is less confident on this one).

Comcast would occasionally re-number their channel lineup.

35, and later 47 was The Weather Channel, and thunderstorm-anxiety-me of the 2000s would constantly flip to it in the summertime.

I still have the TV remote from back then and the 2, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 0 keys are more worn out than the others. Even holding it brings back a bit of muscle memory I haven't used in 20+ years.

nick was 29 and cartoon network was 17 for me.

34 = Nick
35 = Disney
36 = Cartoon Network

Nickelodeon was 28 and Cartoon Network was 69 (nice).

I don't remember the channel numbers outside of the fact people here call the 3 main local news stations "channel 2, 4 and 11" despite the fact the channel numbers have changed over time, and now with 1,000 channels and HD the "channel 11 news" might be on channel "833"

Cartoon Network was Channel 37, Nickelodeon was Channel 49.

43 for nick, 75 for CN.

33 was Nickelodeon back when I was in elementary school and Cartoon Network wasn't part of that tier of service (or so I assume, since we had some 60-ish channels and it wasn't one of them). After some time, though, Nickelodeon became channel 42 and Cartoon Network showed up as channel 52. I think they've stayed that way for at least the last 25 years now, or at least they were still there the last time I had access to a TV that still had cable.

Things were always changing too much. The only constant was

2 was CBS
7 was NBC
9 was ABC

Still like that today and most of my HD channels are in the 800s and

802 is CBS
807 is NBS
809 is ABC

All the other channels have changed way too much for me to really remember the last almost 50 years. We moved a lot when I was young and had different tv providers and even the same providers were changing their lineup around.

This was my childhood. Good old 32 and 33. Sometimes 31 when nothing else was on.

ESPN was 21 and 22
Nick and CN were like 26 and 27
MTV was 29
Comedy Central was 40 or 41.

6 for Fox, 8 for ABC, 44 for Nickelodeon. Nick was 22 in the very early 90s, but from around 1994 to when I stopped using Cox around 2009 it was always 44.

I honestly don't remember and it's kind of a saddening realization.

24 was Nick, 25 was Cartoon Network, and 26 was Disney

there was also channel 87 or 88 which was called NickToons and it'd play shows like Doug, Rocko's Modern Life, CatDog, Hey Arnold, and a few other older nick shows.

I don't remember exactly, but iirc nick was in the 30s and CN was in like the 60s.

Im so old that when we first got cable the channels had letters instead of numbers.

I think Nickelodeon was channel L or something.

As a kid, cartoon network didn't exist and Nick was on like satellite Galaxy 5 or something. I cant remember where. We had one of those giant dishes on an actuators that moved around to point different directions.

Then we got direct tv. Cartoon Network was on 296. I think Nick was 300.

I remember at one point, Nickelodeon was on channel 99, which was previously the fuzzy porn channel.

I think Cartoon Network was always 45 for me. Fox was 7 and/or 11.

I don't think I can remember a single one numberwise, other than that Fox was 8.

I don't remember, I think Nick was 36 and CN was 50 or 55.

I kept them both favorited on my TV as a teen, so I eventually stopped having to think about it.

I used to be The Sci-Fi channel CONSARN IT and they played ANIME on SATURDAYS. Now they mostly play Harry Potter marathons *shakes fist*.

I only had Nick when I was really young, then CN and Disney were added over time. Though I distinctly remember sometimes being able to get a fuzzy single of CN (even though it was cable...) and caught a minute or two of a Buu arc episode of DBZ once.

Nickelodeon was originally 15 according to my friends (I learned the hard way my parents didn't have cable because I'd be like "my 15 doesnt work!")

Then I think it became 31 while CN was 44

I remember Nick being in the 20s and then eventually it was moved to the 50s to be near Cartoon Network.

I think mine was Nick on 6 and CN on 22

Now that I think about it, I think Nick WAS on 22 before eventually moving to 33.

Never had cable. Went straight from local channels to Directv

292 was Toon Disney

My cable provider was always changing the channels up so it could have been a bunch of numbers.
