It has got to be Sector Z. It seems like they on purposely tried to make it the most annoying level in the game. The only thing they forgot when designing the level was the abysmal frame rate from Aquas.

Aquas. Its a pain in the ass. Its a non-stop-barrel-roll-button-mash.

The thing that sucks about Aquas is it could be really cool. I was super excited about it when I first played it. But the game went out of its way to make it suck as much as possible.

I never liked Bolse

Aquas. The submarine is just too slow and unwieldly and it's enemy targeting is awful.

What really sucks is that you have to play this stage in order to get into Zoness. Which is one of the better stages for being so action packed.

Sector Z is annoying to medal, but is a fun concept for a level. Solar is definitely the one I hated most - it is *also* annoying to medal, but is just generally unfun to play as well.

Bolse was never a highlight in the run for me. I get the point of the mission, but it's just meh overall.

Sector Z is the only level I hated playing and avoided whenever I could (assuming that's the one where you defend the Great Fox from a missile attack, been a loooong-ass time since I played and I only remember the standout levels clearly).

Bolse. The fact that the satellite is continuously spinning makes it so annoying to get to and aim at the targets. Aquas is slow but fun if you get the hang of it.

I'd say sector Z can be annoying since the teammates are USELESS in this level

The music and atmosphere in Aquas is off the charts.... too bad the level sucks.

Both levels with bio weapons suck

Not only is it slow and repetitive, but its on the hard path, and is unskippable .

Aquas especially on the native hardware. Level was too slow and the frame rate dips are atrocious.

Out of those, Titania. Macbeth is obviously the superior Landmaster level.

But my actual pick would probably go to Zoness.

Aquas is like a completely different level now with the PC port. Actually playable.

No point in going to Sector Z unless medaling.

Bolse is only for frame-perfect super-players that can trigger 500+ points.

Titania just sucks.

Aquas has one of my favorite tracks and is beautiful to look at... Titania is better, I guess, gameplay-wise but the Arwing is the only vehicle that's actually fun to use

Bolse is the dullest. I don't like the constant health loss in Solar either.

I dont genuinely dislike any of the levels in the game, but Aquas was the one I thought of when I read the topic title.

Sector Z. ESPECIALLY considering the other choice to play is one of the best levels. I legitimately always went Zoness->Macbeth -> Area 6 on my hard venom runs

I get the Aquas hate though. But it just never bothered me

Aquas looked beautiful but played horribly. I remember being particularly pissed when I was trying to do the hard run

You might be interested in this "restored" version of the Aquas music from the Gigaleak. Its unclear if they originally wanted the music to sound like this, it seems a bit overdone to me. However, I can see them being forced to make it simpler in the final game version due to hardware or space limitations at the time.
