Holy fucking shit people pay $70 for a month of "premium"? I used tinder like a decade ago and lol'd at gold being $10.

Never pay these companies a cent. There's plenty of apps out there that give you a fair chance without spending.

Unlimited Likes, Superlikes and you can actually see who likes you. That last one is kind of a mandatory if you're a woman and in any way attractive. I think most women on Bumble get liked anywhere from 30 to 100 times a day.

Unlimited swipes basically. It made a difference for me, using the unpaid version results in so few matches it barely feels like you're using the app.

Theres cheaper options for unlimited swipes if thats all youre looking for Im pretty sure.
I havent been on the apps in a while but there was a lower tier that gives unlimited swipes without telling you who liked you.

Ill push back a bit on people saying its not worth it to spend a dime, because the swipe limits can harshly limit your outreach. I got like double or triple the amount of matches (actual people not the stupid bots) paying like $10-15 dollars for like a week.

I'm not paying shit. I had good luck a while ago - I have decent photos and don't come off as creepy.

from what Ive seen online theyve gotten eerily good at detecting alts, and because the company behind bumble owns other apps like tinder theyll cross reference there too

if it goes wrong you could end up shadow banned or lowering your accounts rating. Ive never thought it seemed worth it to try multiple accounts at once

You dont have to pay anything and can still have a good run. Ive just found that even my best unpaid ones cant compare to the paid ones.

Pretty sure they'd flag you immediately during the account verification. Dating apps are pretty strict about people having multiple active accounts at the same time.

Ugh, sorry. I've been through divorce with 4 daughters. They are really good now. As am I with my new wife, and they all get along really well. It definitely can get a lot better.

It works for plenty of people. Ultimately, my wife was someone I was already friends with, but I had a lot of great dates and shorter relationships (and a two year relationship) from it. Also, I have a few married friends who met through dating apps.

I thought paying like $15 for Tinder for a couple months was a waste of money... $70 is fucking outrageous...
