Buy my mom a ranch style house (she has bad arthritis) in a safe neighborhood and give her enough extra so she could retire when she's ready. Puts some in investments. Give my dad enough that he could take a break and hire new people to replace himself and eventually retire. Rent an apartment/house (or buy a house) in the Redmond/Bellview/Seattle area and move there permanently. Stay in school until I have a Master's and/or pursue starting an indie game startup. I'd pick my favorite piece of land and have a modest home built that is as self-sufficient as I can manage while having modern amenities. I'd buy old parking structures in cities and turn them into non-profit, multi-tiered community gardens and horticulture partnerships with local schools. If I can get ones connected to old office or hotel buildings, even better - I'd have them fixed up for unhoused community support and free classes that teach people basic home repair. Then I'd buy the very best of the best in RVs, and spend the remainder of my life traveling seasonally to my various lands. --- The food here is terrible. I legitimately have everything I want and have a lot of disposable income as it is now and mostly never spend any of it. The one area I would spend a high amount of money wouldn't be the house itself, but the large parcel of land that it would be on. I still want just a regular house like I have now. I just want it in Montana on a huge chunk of land and that is where I would spend a lot of money.
