At first I just thought it was.. weird. And I didnt like it just because I was antsy to play as Sora.

But thats because I didnt play all the way through Chain of Memories before KH2 came out because I had gotten stuck at one spot unable to synthesize a door or something so I said fuck it and never bothered with it lol.

But yeah now I love playing the prologue.

I only found out later that people hated the opening prologue when I loved it. Probably because I was still fresh off Chain of Memories and was stupid excited to play and I sorta had these expectations and of course, it was great with the opening knowledge of what happened to Sora. Felt like I had insider knowledge.
