based on seniority since I'm at the top of the list. I had 3 days off this week but I feel guilty for not working as I could have just been cleaning with the rest of the guys and not doing much. They're shutting our place down one day a week, so we're down to 32 hours per. The break is nice, but I built my spending and savings around 40 hours, so I'm losing money if I choose not to cover it with PTO - which I get a limited amount of per year, so I'm not always taking that option.
