I have to put aside Piccolo Jr. being my favorite Dragon Ball character period. In that case, Mercenary Tao is probably the best villain in OG dragon ball. ... Copied to Clipboard!

'Tien' As a Dragonball Z fan over the original, I have to give it to the guy for being able to hold off Cell. Best might be subjective, since Tien impressed me more as a convert to the good side. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Demon King Piccolo. Junior didn't even feel that much like a villain and his arc was pretty short. Second to Piccolo Sr would be Pilaf, simply because he and his flunkies are so memorable Tien instead of Shen is an interesting choice since Tien was pretty much just following Shen. Shen was also great because he's just such a dick and always seems to have somebody else to fight his battles. --- (\/)(\/)|-| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. ...
