Never really been a yogurt person, and when i am, i just get the generic yoplait stuff for little snackies

Kind of going on a attempt to be slightly healthier in general, and i decided to try out some yogurt from Chobani

wtf have i been doing with my life, this shit is delicious, the key lime is fire, the COFFEE one im eating right now is fucking delicious, and then the flip versions with little graham crackers and shit

Its a solid protein source as well. You can mix the plain, non fat version with a whole lot of things both sweet and savory.

I find plain Greek to be bitter and leave a weird filmy feeling in my mouth.

Top it with some honey though, and its fucking fire

Makes my mouth feel dry. I'll stick with traditional yogurt, preferably whole fat.

i use greek yogurt for my chicken marinade and it's awesome for it too

My favorite flavor is Honey or Vanilla Honey

I dont know what brands you have available but if you see those 2, I recommend them

I buy the GV ones & mix in granola or chai seeds.

Yeah I'm fine with that

Yoghurt is life for me.

I always get plain and flavour it myself. Chuck some chia seeds and a bunch of nuts (sometimes frozen berries)in there. If you want it to be a bit chocolatey, add some Cocoa powder and you're set!

Make sure you buy Greek yogurt instead of Greek style yogurt.

But Chobani is legit.

Im afraid you are not the first to discover it so you wont be receiving credit for the discovery.

I just eat the Vanilla one with the extra protein. And then I put granola and oats in it.

Makes a great marinade for chicken.

(Just add olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper).

bitter? that's odd. You can always add fruit to it.

Get the plain Greek yogurt and just add some honey to it. The flavored Greek yogurts are honestly too sweet

i prefer plain greek yogurt.

I agree it's delicious. But most yogurts have tons of sugar added, so watch out.

I love yogurt. And Skyr, too. But I only buy sugar-reduced variants (max. 4-5 gram sugar per 100 gram).

Yeah it's basically an excellent substitute for sour cream in its natural form but with enough sugar added it also makes a great dessert food

Not sure what flavor that was, but peach, blueberry and strawberry are all great.
Stay away from the Guava kind though, it tastes like soap.

Eating the flavored ones isnt really the healthier option. That would be plain yogurt then add the toppings you want
