Well the thing is you never know when it will be useful and by the time you encounter a situation where you wish you were running it, it'll be too late to turn it on. But hypothetically let's say I have perfect foresight. I know you're about to ask me some dumb question like 'What is 247962 divided by 367?" If I had Proactive AI on at the time, I'd tap a button and get the answer projected directly into my eyeball.
