I will give a hot take opinion on this. So i will seperate it into two

Profession worst job is
An actor

Non paid worst job is (Or it could be)
Grifting internet users

Because an actor doesn't contribute to anything other than illusion play. So the viewer might get a wrong sense of realities based on fake illusion they see on stage plays or on screen, despite it being entertainment.

But a online grifter will just create chaos for sake of income, often for sake of narcissism. So people or dents are paying lots of cash for some crazy lunatic to rant on YouTube or something. So that might be slightly worse job than an actor or actress. But its debatable

----

But when i think of good jobs or jobs with value, i think people who study advanced math to build space rockets, team effort. Or simply working at a local shop is also a well deserved job. Even cleaning the sewer or drilling in the earth's core and facing dangers. To me thats a valuable job.

But whats your view on it?

Telemarketing. I did it for half a day and it was miserable. I left when we got a break.

I heard some people say working at McDonalds or those types of fast food chains to be the worst miserable job. But i respect you for trying the jobs despite how bad they can be.

I used to dread the thought of working in a customer service job, but after working at a convenience store and at Walmart (not "for" Walmart), it's really not that bad. There are still plenty of of things to hate, but as long as you have a decent team and good management it can actually be kind of fun. Just don't be lazy and you'll be fine.

I worked in supermarket jobs long time ago. I liked it too!

Police officer or teacher in an urban environment.

Absolute worst jobs in the world. The mental strain. The shit they see day in, day out. No thank you.

Every day you experience something that makes you lose just a little bit more hope in humanity.

Every person a cop interacts with on a daily basis is usually having the worst day of their life.

And the kids teachers interact with, they can see all the problems in that kid's life, and are often unable to do anything about it. To truly make a difference where it counts (which is always in the home, particularly with the types of parents that kid has).

That 8 hour school day is usually just a temporary reprieve from the disaster of a home life they always have to go back to. But the teachers can't fix it. Ever. Unless they get enough evidence and people involved to MAYBE remove the kid from the home. But that comes with a whole slew of other problems that probably wont fix it anyway. The damage has been done.

Depends, i mean if he gets lots of bots who are malicious, then that would suck.
With Private Email i thankfully wouldn't need to deal with that type of cybersecurity issue.

The worst job I ever had was the day I worked in a factory, time moved so slow I wanted to bash my head against the wall.

The worst overall, idk, probably some office job or something equally as tedious.

It would probably also suck to work with sewage or other nasty stuff, but at least they usually get paid really well at least

From Google AI: "The average pay for sewage workers varies significantly, but recent data shows the average hourly wage for a Sewage Treatment Worker in California is around $23.29, while the average annual wage for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant and System Operators in the U.S. was about $51,040 to $86,190, depending on location. Salaries depend on factors like location, experience, and specific job title, with roles like Sewer Divers or Sewer Maintenance Worker often having different pay scales."

Not good enough imo.

For me it's work that involves being in the cold. I hate having to go into freezers. Outside is a little more tolerable because it just is cold instead of having cold air constantly blowing. I get so irrationally angry when I'm cold and that would affect my work performance.

That's like, the polar (pun intended) opposite of me; I fucking hate heat but the cold is no problem for me, as long as I'm dressed for it.

The worst individual project I ever worked on was replacing the servers and workstations for a major hotel in downtown Omaha. They screwed up the image on the server when they shipped it out, which I only discovered after I'd gone completely though the install process and went to test it and it started failing. Then the company I was working for was like, "Oh, by the way, some of the servers have a problem that needs to be corrected before you get to step [whatever]." NOW YOU TELL ME??? I had to put the old server back into place while they rolled back the new server, then start all over again. They also sent me only two competent assistant techs (the third tech was a moron and did no work at all) so I was literally running back and forth across multiple floors of the hotel. It took 36 freaking hours and I only got a 4 hour break, most of which was spent driving home and back because they were booked solid and didn't have a room available. Most of the hotel installs I've done have been fine, some even fun, but that particular hotel I've done twice and it's always been hell.

The worst overall job I ever had was working at Computer Renaissance. The owners had 3 stores, one did great business, one did fairly good business, and then there was my store, which was basically forgotten about. It was in a terrible location, where you literally could not see it from the road unless you were right in front of it, at which point it was too late. The owners never sent me any inventory, so when I did have customers I had nothing to sell. Most of my inventory was stuff I stole from one of the other stores. At one point I had just 3 PCs to sell, an ancient PowerBook Duo 210 with a grayscale screen, a dual-processor Pentium Pro workstation running Windows NT 4.0, and an absurd $5000 KryoTech computer that literally had it's own refrigeration system to cool the overclocked CPU. There were days I literally had zero customers. But I was often the only person working at the store, so I had to open AND close, both weekdays and weekends. It wasn't uncommon for me to have over 70 hours on my timecard. And the owner pulled every trick in the book to shortchange my paycheck. I finally quit and they went through two or three people in less than a month who either quit or threatened to quit before they closed the store for good.

But those jobs are nowhere near as bad as some that are out there.
