I also have to take 2 to 3 days a month off just to keep my vacation below my max of 432 hours so I take the last 2 to 3 Wednesdays off every month for a 3 day weekend. I love fall and October is my favorite month and I had extra time I needed to use so I took every Wednesday in October. So Im on a 3 day weekend now and all month.
