No. It would solve some problems and create some others. And there are some problems that aren't easily fixed with money.

Not all of them, but it would make it easier to address or work around the remaining ones.

No; I dont have financial problems. Being able to retire would a net plus, though.

I don't really want to win a stupidly big jackpot. Money turns people into jerks. And the instant your name gets out there as a big winner, every remote family member, charity, and scam artist on earth is going to start calling.

I play the Lucky For Life game instead. Top prize is $1000 per day for the rest of your life*. Not enough money to do stupid things like buying gold-plated Ferraris, but more than enough to retire very comfortably. Second prize is $25,000 per year for the rest of your life*. Not enough to retire, but would certainly help an awful lot. The odds of winning are a lot better than Powerball and Mega Millions, only 1 in 30 million to win the top prize and 1 in 1.8 million for second prize. I win about $1 for every $4 that I spend on Lucky For Life, compared to about $1 for every $12 I spend on Powerball.

*Minimum payout is 20 years' worth, so if you die in less than 20 years, your estate will continue to receive the remainder. If you live more than 20 years, the payments will continue until you die.

'Yes it would solve all my problems'

Because most of my problems come from having to commute to work -- then actually standing on my feet to do the work -- then commuting back home.

I mean lets start there. I'd also want to be buried in one of those places like in Phantasm with the hallways and nice floors. A jackpot could help with that too.

I doubt I could hire an army large enough to create a glorious border-free world.

We're born unwillingly onto this planet, we should have free reign to live anywhere we fucking want. Instead we're trapped in one fucking country unless we jump thru hoops, and then we can only live in one country again.

It certainly wouldn't fix america's descent into fascism or climate change, but it'll make my life easier.

Every last problem no but it would solve every problem that is actually solveable so still voted yes. Would not create a cure for medical stuff but would still help there as well.

You get plenty of new problems after winning one of these, especially if you are the type to quit your job and start spending like crazy.

Even if you don't do that you likely have random people you know hit you up for money, and potentially family.
