Balls tried to grab a girl ( who was white) away from a group of guys ( who are black, one of which was dating the girl). Obviously a GF being dragged away for no reason wasn't going to happen, so he got attacked.

So yes he was attacked, and yes he probably did do that to start a race war.

They always wanted to send the national guard. This wasn't even really the inciting incident, they didn't need one. Any alleged crime or no crime in particular could have been the trigger. Cause Trump's a fascist.
