Also it's only up to 10 shinies that the game saves, which is more then enough but it is still only up to 10. 'Tis what I said, tho Nothing makes it go away, other than if it is skittish and you scare it, or if you beat it in battle and don't catch it. Took me like an hour, winning once. Waaaaaaaaaaay more stable than those pieces of crap. This has been my experience on the Switch 1 as well. Longer range ones typically put the pokemon a little bit ahead of and to the right of you. That's what I've seen so far, so depending on where you run you can position them differently. This version of Lumiose might be the first time a Pokemon city has actually felt like a real, living breathing city. The new battle system is a nice change of pace and while I think the main games should stay turn based I would totally be down for another spinoff with this style of combat. Maybe Im just easy to please, but Ive been having fun just strolling around Lumiose with my pokemon while vibing to the music. I also love how you can sit at a cafe with your pokemon. DodogamaRayBrst 10/17/25 5:39:51 PM #86:	Sometimes bad types can partner well with other types. Bug is terrible, but bug does a good job shoring up steel's weaknesses so steel/bug is a stellar combo. Grass/bug is very terrible, but it has some really good resistances too, that absolutely does not make up for its weaknesses... but it's something. No Linking Cord, you need to trade evolve. Leave it to GameFreak to introduce an amazing new quality of life feature for 1 game and then never bring it back again. That being said, I've heard that some of the final forms like Gengar can be found in the wild later on if you still want to use them. I can't confirm that, it's just what I've heard. You have to do a bunch of obstacle courses, because the Froakie just wrecked the putting it up at it, and he wants to join team because he like, respects your parkour and respect for Kalos Ninja Warrior.
