Like seriously. Most dont care if youre a nerd, a gamer, or heck, even if youre not conventionally attractive. When I visited my girlfriend, my friend got the kindest rejection at a bar Ive ever seen. She lowered her voice so he wouldnt feel embarrassed, and afterward genuinely worried shed hurt his feelings. Then one of her friends introduced herselfand they hit it off. No drama, no ego, just kindness.

Women werent scared of men, either. They walked home alone at night (probably because theres no guns, and barely any crimeit changes everything). My buddy showed my gfs friends that bear or man meme, and not one woman picked the bear. My girlfriend said, Anyone whod choose the bear has never seen one irl. lol.

And no gender war. Her friendsguys and girlssaid the Barbie movie was fun. Thats it. No outrage, no overthinking. Its just a different world. Canada is basically a Ned Flanders version of us, and its super refreshing.

The whole ongoing arc with his girlfriend who lives in Canada is definitely weird. I mean for starters that's like a common joke about having a made-up gf. He's also heavily implied that the relationship started out being long-distance, which is further suspicious and also a little pathetic. I think this alleged kindness towards dorky/nerdy guys probably just says more about the kind of person who would start an internet relationship than being Canadian.

That's if any of this is even real, which I doubt. I don't know why people like to lie about such boring stuff, but I've seen enough of it in my years on the internet that I know they do
