Since I watched it on cable, I never got to see the last episode. Just as well, since I heard it had a sad ending. Years later I found a book that illustrated the many types of Gnomes. Since the Gnomes looked very much like variations of David, and the Trolls had those same types of tails and blue eyes, I'm wondering if there's a connection ? --- --I understand your opinion. Nickelodeon never aired the final episode probably because they thought it would be too traumatic for children. There was also a sequel series that they aired following another gnome.
