Is there a link to party party affiliation and word twisting? or human nature? I do not get why people do this
VoteIs there a link to party party affiliation and word twisting? or human nature? I do not get why people do this - Results (4 votes)Human nature 25% (1 vote)1democrat voters/ politicians do it more50% (2 votes)2GOP voters/ politicians do it more25% (1 vote)1I said this: i really like to know if people that act like this tend to side with a specific political party, so mind telling me what you tend to side with? I wont debate or argue or anything, i just want to see if there is a link or if it is general human nature
So here is the thing , esp with the bold
so can someone explain to me why this person felt the need to respond with "I'm not going to discuss politics with you." when I specifically said I wouldn't?
the reason I ask this to this person is because on a game form I made a statement, then he took out way out of context to form a conclusion that had NOTHING to do with what I SAID
GOP voters have been doing it to me a lot on twitter and I was wondering if GOP voters/ politicians do it out of habit from having to defend lies they push in policy (like pushing things of the like of vote suppression, suppression of woman rights, suppression of LBGTQ+ rights, etc.
But I am not going to be able see such tatics from people I agree with.. so there be no reason to push words down my throat so i doono what causes people to want to do such things
