Xenophobia is the intense fear, disliking and/or prejudice against people from
other countries, whilst racism usually refers to a predisposed belief about someone/group based on their race (usually with beliefs of inferiority or superiority)
Therefore, if someone from Australia held the belief that anyone born in Australia (hypothetically lets just assume that's a blanket statement) was intrinsically and genetically inferior to say, people born in Japan, that's racist but not based upon xenophobia.
