I don't have problem with weight but I do have problem with muscle building and more importantly, endurance. Used to be able to do a 5 miles run easily but not anymore.

158 now with my heaviest at 176. I'm used to 3 meals/day and anything more is usually a no go. Oats for breakfast, full meal for lunch and whatever for dinner. Hardly any snack/soda.

Went to a gym pre-Covid but ran away after a month. You'd either find a super casual who was there to chitchat (damn it) OR you'd find a mass of creatine-guzzling hulk. No middle ground here apparently.

I'm thinking about biking now and later, the usual push-up/sit-up. Maybe that'll do.
