That's a damn shame.
"I woke up at four am by accident in time for the paper to be delivered. Guess what? It's not a kid on a bike, it's a man in a car." - Kevin Malone
So is it worth watching? If I were to watch it from start to finish would it make sense or did it end on a cliffhanger? I was so mad when they ended Terminator SCC.
Currently playing: RDR2 (ps4) Castlevania 4 (snes), Spiderman (ps4), Resident Evil (xbone)
this is really disappointing
I am thinking about just walking into the river now that Megaupload is gone and condoms are in porn .-Fubonis
Honestly they should just remove the Netflix shows from the canon if they can't continue in the MCU in any form. It would be lame if we never see these characters again.

Jessica Jones cant be cancelled until she wipes. the viewers deserve at least that much
To see that Daredevil was canceled yet "Jessica Jones" is still around is baffling, Daredevil and Punisher are the best Marvel Netflix shows, Luke Cage was 3rd best, and Jessica Jones was better then Iron Fist but that is not saying much.

Semi-cliffhanger but not one that's pressing and it actually has a lot of closure.

they would've canceled it had it not already had another season in the works

wouldn't look good if a show got canned before a new season airs

The only reason Jessica Jones isn't cancelled is because they've filmed a season that hasn't aired yet. Same with Punisher.

They'll both get their cancellation announcements a few months after their next season. Just like Iron Fist, Luke Cage and Daredevil.

Is this the beginning of the end for Netflix

There are a few questions that could be answered, but for the most, the show ended on a good note.
I'm ultimately fine with all this. When you think about it we got twelve seasons and change of Netflix Marvel. I think that's enough. It did its job.

Nope. This was a big deal but far from the only one they have.

Am I remembering wrong or wasn't it said there would be no mature content on Disney stream?
I'm far from high end, I just know what suits me.

More mature content was going to show up on Hulu. Who knows how much Marvel content will be classified as kid friendly or mature though, or if all Marvel content will just be neutered from now on to fit onto Disney's platform.

Pretty sure they said they'll had a kid and adult section when the Disney stream get up and running.

Ok. So there's still slight hope the shows could continue as is over there. Not expecting it though.

Fuck Disney or Netflix. Whoever is responsible for this shit.
Disappointing, but at least season 3 had good closure for the characters

one of the best TV superhero shows out there and ends on a very high note.

also, i wouldn't watch it directly since season 3 starts after the end of defenders(not to mention defenders loses much of its appeal if you don't know all the characters beforehand xd).

even though they barely reference the defenders in season 3, it's still important to know DD's full story.
I highly doubt Disney just totally forgets about them.

In all likelihood, they get moved to Hulu when Disney buys Fox, maybe do a couple of crossovers with Cloak and Dagger and The Runaways (Misty Knight was already mentioned in Cloak and Dagger and one of the main characters in that show worked with Misty).

Really though, all of the shows they cancelled ended in good places for a soft reboot of sorts (where they can hopefully keep the main cast members). Matt is finally in a good place emotionally, allowing him to fully embrace being a hero again. Danny is now travelling Asia with Ward , meaning the show can totally ignore the baggage of the previous two seasons, (even though the second wasn't that bad), and Luke Cage is now sitting pretty atop Harlem's Paradise, drastically changing up the status quo and allowing Luke to be a different kind of character going forward .

If they make the switch to Hulu or elsewhere, you don't really have to deal with any aborted story arcs.
I have nothing else to say
