I've never seen an Indian restaurant before. Maybe one day. What part of the world do u live in? Maybe im taking it for granted but there's tons here (west coast US)
My guess is they just spawned where all the spices are. But yes, Indian food is DA BOMB.I made chicken Tikka masala once that just called for a storebought garam masala spice mix. It was still very good but not like restaurant quality. I'm sure at restaurants they are grinding all that shit fresh daily, I don't have time for that lol
BTW trying to follow an Indian recipe is pure madness. There will be like 15 ingredients and like 13 will be spices. And like 2 of them will be available at a typical grocery store.

Homemade Indian food is great. Not much of a fan of the way my dad makes it, but my grandma makes some great curry. That sounds awesome, my moms side of the family is Chinese but nobody even makes any traditional dishes
I was mad cause I thought the first option said SUCKS for a secEating Indian food is better than getting sucked and/or fucked

If I were limited to one cuisine for the rest of my life, it would be Indian.I'll trick the deity and tell them curry,
Simple. Lots of ghee.
if there's someone who's actually Indian or descendant, please give me a dope Indian food recipe I can do at home, cuz I legit wanna try more shit, but I don't know where to start.
This came from a cookbook of authentic Indian recipes that a good friend gave me. It was the first Indian food I ever learned to cook.
Holds a special place in my stomach and my heart.
