Claims he's the first cancel culture victim before "cancer culture" was a "thing" 10 years ago. Says Hollywood hates him because he is Christian and conservative.

The grifter opened his own studio with his wife and apparently makes 4 movies a year.

His thoughts on his favorite president:

"I think with Trump in office again right now, there's definitely a shift. People will hate him in front, but those people that hate him, they're gonna see their lives get better. Trust me.
..And Hollywood is shifting a little bit because I'm starting to get calls from the studios saying, 'Hey, there's a big thing with this stuff. So maybe send us a couple of scripts... So, I'm reaching out to Netflix and Amazon with a couple of scripts that I have that aren't in your face about faith, but the messages are there," Kevin continued. "There's a positive message instead of negative ones, so I think we've reached a tipping point."

They said that during his first term also and it didn't happen.

Anyway, him being Christian has nothing to do with why he's not getting work... his conservatism.... Well, people like him enjoy hating and encouraging discrimination against certain groups of people, and saying "I'm a conservative!" is how they think they justify it.

In particular, I know he really hates Jewish people, so if there were a Jewish actor, director, or producer, I don't know why he thinks that person should want to work with him. If someone prances around declaring themselves an asshole and backs that up with their words and actions, it's not meanness to not want to work with them.

This is what happens when Christians believe asinine things, act like idiots and never get punished and always get what they want. You believe a slimy goblin person President is "going to make peoples lives better" because you think he's on the side of Christianity versus the gay liberal atheists.

I'm sure a large reason that Hollywood didn't like Sorbo is that he's not good at acting and he's a massive idiot. He had benefited from the Halo Effect until people got so sick of him they didn't want him around.

I always think of Neal McDonough. Not sure of his political affiliation, but he makes it clear from the outset that there are certain things he won't do as an actor because of his religious beliefs and has been getting work for years.

Even back then, I found Lawless a helluva lot more likeable than Sorbo.

Tim Allen is an outspoken conservative. But Tim's still working, too, so that can't be it, either.

I've got it! It's a combination of the being a Christian and a conservative! But Chris Pratt's both, and he's doing fine. Hmm.

Is it possible Kevin Sorbo's stalled acting career is about more than his faith or his politics? Could it have anything to do with his limited talent and narrow appeal? No, it can't be that! It must be persecution if a talented thespian like Peanut is struggling to make it in Hollywood!

reminder hercules got canceled do to low ratings so they had to give the show a ending in a episode of xena

hell when i first watched xena about 8 or so years ago i did not even know it was connected to a hercules show thats how irrelevant his show is

and he never had a career after it as he is a shit actor

meanwhile lucy lawless gets tons of work even today

She has better acting skills that Xena let her play multiple versions of herself in dynamic ways. Kevin could only do one role and not even great at that. I remember liking Xena more.

Sorbo was always kind of a shitheel and it's hilarious that he's basically amounted to nothing after all these decades while stomping his feet and tantruming about it the whole time. It's also funny that he blames everything he can point at, when there are plenty of conservatives, Christians, even right wing jackasses who have lucrative careers in Hollywood. So fun fact if you go to Kevin Sorbo's wiki page, his acting career is separated into "Hercules" and "Post Hercules" because he just hasn't done anything interesting since.

There's so little this is one of the like 8 points since 2000 for Kevin Sorbo's acting career:
Sorbo appeared in the 2015 romantic comedy Single in South Beach , starring Haley Webb. On Twitter, in 2019, she accused Sorbo of sexual advances and of sexually harassing her on the set. However, Webb did not elaborate on any of her accusations, and he did not respond to her tweet.

But like, Kevin Sorbo has been getting steady work his entire career . It's not good stuff (but he's not a good actor), but he's getting a pay check consistently, which is a huge win when you are an actor as a career. And he's bitching about how he's been "Cancelled" like the loser he is.

Sorbo doesnt work because hes a mediocre actor and an asshole. Its really that simple. Hes not talented enough for people to overlook his behavior.

Film sets are high stress workplaces with very long hours. No one wants to spend 14 hour days on set with a douchebag.

Keep in mind Sorbo had a habit of being a dick about Lawless. More than once. Even though her husband was the producer.

also keep in mind that by most accounts, Lawless was very likable and professional on set. She's been a major player on:

Battlestar Galactica
Spartacus
Ash vs. Evil Dead
Parks and Recreation

She's great

These people are all talking about money. Eventually, you will have more.

The problem is that over the past decade or so, the focus on money has been higher than ever. Life is NOT about money and these politicians have ruined other facets of our lives. For instance, nobody wants to date or be friends now because everyone is exhausted from their slave work.

Every politician in DC (and most state governors) need to go to prison for this.

He also was, hilariously, the voice of Hercules in God of War 3 and they had cast him specifically for that role only because of his role as the character in his old show
