Ramza being a Virgo is the best is what I'm being told.
You gain more JP and all of your squires have throw stone which I do not believe they had in previous gamesIt was RNG what your characters started with. Generally speaking in the original it was pretty common to have a squire with throw stone and one without.
In my first battle and I can already tell you the game is a lot easier. You gain more JP and all of your squires have throw stone which I do not believe they had in previous gamesIs this because of the Deluxe Edition equipment?
Is this because of the Deluxe Edition equipment? No. The items don't come automatically equipped by default. I didn't claim them until after the 1st battle.
As someone who has this as a top 3 game of all time, This is so far and away the best version of the game.Oh without a doubt
As someone who has this as a top 3 game of all time, This is so far and away the best version of the game.I'll pick it up in a year or so when they patch out denuvo.
Is the game fast/ faster? There's supposed to be a speed up toggle but haven't been able to use it yet
I remember people complaining that one version was slow
Does anyone know if there is a way to have auto progress always on?I have no idea what that is. Is that something new?

Fast forwarding enemy turns in random battles is so nice to haveYeah every remaster should have this. One of the best QoLs.
What do these two numbers mean? First might be chance to hit but I can't figure out the second. I've seen it as low as 75 and as high as 125 I think.First one gotta be chance of hitting. Second one I'm assuming damage multiplier

I believe the second done is zodiac compatibility
Holy shit every move you take in battle is autosaved. You can quickly reload if you miss a move or something similar. This game is insanely ggez if you abuse it lmao
How do you reload the autosave? Is there an option or close the game down entirelyGo into the menu while in battle, go to the option tab and then click on load. You'll see the autosaves.

You may want to level up other units to build them as other classes. Once you get some unique characters you're gonna use them more prolly. Agrias is number 1 babe.
Ive been using the same 4 units. Is that a bad idea?
i feel like later on theyre going to permanently die and its going to screw me over
Pretty much the only reason to use other units is to level up a couple of the relevant unique-class characters for the oddball times that they become relevant (such as Worker for his "lol magic" bit).
Eh late game you get some units with unique jobs that are really good so you might want to switch anyway.I was more just meaning for people who aren't interested in switching. Like, Orlandeau is famously one of the most OP characters in all of gaming but even then Arithmetician is *easily* the best class in the game. Plenty of late-game unique characters are really good, but in the end the biggest reason to run them outside of the oddball situations is "because I want to."
I hear they ported the PSP Meliadoul buffs which would make her pretty damn strong.
How's the voice acting + dialogue?
I saw a little gameplay on twitch and it looked buttery smooth

I played the shit out of this game on PS1 and I always considered it pretty easy but then I also used Cid and etc. so I'm gonna be doing a no special characters/Calculator runStill pretty easy with Monk preemptive counter. Might need atheist buff for a few bosses too but otherwise a barehanded Ninja with the monk preemptive counter skill is basically invincible.
