Vegy should be president so all people can hate on him
:D
yeah actually, bill clinton
It's just a fork in the road, and no matter where you go
There you are again
no.

my family met with Obama, but I decided not to go since it would mean flying out and I feel uncomfortable in those kinds of events.

my mom also met with Trump for her job during his first term, and jokingly offered for us to come, but we were like, nah.
Don't you agree, Zach?

Obama, from far away as he was leaving air force one while my family was departing from the same airport.
You gonna do somethin' or just stand there and bleed?
Obama, at a rally

No. I actively avoid them if I know they're going to be around. The only way this can happen is if I meet them before they become president.
It says right here in Matthew 16:4 "Jesus doth not need a giant Mecha."

Yes, George H Bush at a rally in Georgia when I was maybe 4.
I'm an artist at what I do. I fuel the fire, watch it burn, and laugh all the while.
My family went to a space shuttle landing when I was young, and President Reagan was there, but I didn't see him because I was young (and short) and there were too many people in the way.

My husband met Chelsea Clinton when she was a student at Stanford.

He's actually hobnobbed with some pretty significant people, but not the president (afaik - but there are things he can't tell me).

I went to Obama's inauguration if that counts.

No, but my father met Trump back in the 80s before he was involved in politics

I think I was within a few yards or so of Obama once, but I didnt actually see him.
Biden visited the University I attended while he was still Obama's VP
George W Bush. About 20 feet away. I went to a campaign rally in 2004. I thought it would be cool to see a president in real life and they gave some tickets to our political science department. I asked for one and got one.

I saw Dubya getting on Air Force One when I visited the White House

I saw Bill Clinton campaign for Obama.
I met Al Gore at a campaign event when I was a kid.

Not while they were the sitting president obviously, but in the 2023 basketball season I went to see an NIT game at SMU and George W. was sitting directly across from us, center court. All he had for visible security was a couple of sheriff's deputies. Kinda blew my mind
Does the name Pavlov ring a bell?
Yeah. Not like directly met them or anything. But there was one at a sports game I went to when I was real young. Pretty sure it was the World Series game, but might've been one of the NFL games my dad took me to. I was a kid so the memory is kinda blurry. Don't even remember which President it was.

No.
Donald J. Trump--proof against government intelligence.
I saw Dubya at the downs the year before he would become president, does that count?
The shadows I live with are numberless
My MiL saw Biden at church a few times. My wife was in the grade below Chelsea Clinton in high school, but wasn't friends with her. We know a few Gore and Kennedy (Shriver) descendants, but I've never met the more famous ones.
Two months ago, I spotted Tipper Gore at an OK Go concert.
Saw Obama throw out the first pitch at the Washington Nationals home opener in 2010.
I saw future president Hillary Clinton once

I was too young to remember but I was at Bush Srs inauguration with my family. My dad had to work it.
That's why you're Ginger Cool
Yeah Biden gave a speech at my college before he was president
"I, Garland, will knock you all down!"
Biggest politician Ive seen in person was Bernie which as a Vermonter isnt that hard. He spoke briefly to my college intro to politics class after being there to lecture to the previous class. And he was the speaker at my brothers high school graduation.

No. I've been stopped by the presidential motorcade several times, but this isn't like an open vehicle JFK-style motorcade for some reason.

Chivalry be hanged, and so will you.
George HW Bush and Barbara Bush spoke at my high school. Im still not sure why - it had to do with a magazine promoting some project. He was out of office by then (late 90s), but was still neat.

Obama was present at my high school to give a speech on one of the rare days I actually attended the assembly instead of staying in class and doing my homework.

Hearing one of his speeches in person is way more powerful than hearing it online or reading it after the fact, imo. There was an aura to his words, if that makes any sense.
Ernie.
No but I've seen a governor
No, closest I've been to one was George W Bush, though. He came to our neck of the woods and I saw his car go past.

It's kind of funny, my part of PA is apparently popular for presidents/future presidents to come visit. Biden came as VP to dedicate a new bridge for us not far from my home, Clinton came and they renamed the road for him, Trump also came and had a rally in the next town over.
Many Bothans died to bring you this post.

I remember H. W. Bush coming to my area when I was in grade school but the closest I came was seeing him on the local news waving at schoolkids from a vehicle.

Closest I've come to is seeing Bernie Sanders at a campaign event in 2020.

Yes, I attended the most recent Commander-In-Chief ball where one Donald John Trump Senior was present.

Can confirm, the President does exist.
The name is wackyteen for a reason. Never doubt.
I have a signed 3rd grade class picture (addressed to me by name) taken with then Senator Biden.
