There was a comment earlier that FFIX hasn't faced many ranked opponents but still has made it to 6th in the RPI. I decided to take a look at where the RPI ranks FFIX's opponents:

Terrible party for balance...two Electric weaknesses? (Also, just terrible because it has non-player controlled Mitsuru. Fuse your own Ice persona.)

I ditched Mitsuru so much in FES.

Then I played P3P and...still didn't use her as a primary fighter as the game moved on, but hey, control over Ice is nice!
