Yeah my only issue with Origination is that "second curses" don't seem as guaranteed as they used to be in Hades I.

I had an Aspect of Medea run that was doing interesting things but I'm unsure if any "Attack" procs even work because you're hitting the enemy, ultimately, with your Special.

I'm so happy that the relationship markers show exactly what the character is looking for so I know what to stock up on.

Kind of a shame that Nectar still isn't all that easy to get hands on so it's going to take time, but I do appreciate that every night I can buy one each of the "secondary" relationship items.

For me it wasn't UPS, it was DHL, but I was a bit blindsided by getting an e-mail about a package from the UK that was basically "hey give us more money" and had to go through that whole process, which wasn't super confusing, but makes me realize how few people are prepared for this new mess of red tape thanks to a selfish bag of dicks in the White House.

I liked it.

Because there was a denouement among the 11th Street Kids. They got to be the family they wanted to be. Chris was able to come to terms (in his own low intelligence way). Ads reached a resolution with Key. Harcourt is starting to heal, finally.

Obviously it's setting up for continued stories, even if it's not in a Peacemaker Season 3, but I'm not against that.

But the big deal was getting Possessed Array on Revaal. Every skull grab also fired an Omega Attack, which means EVERY time I retrieved a skull, a Fine Line dropped.

And a whole bunch of other less significant but no less useful stuff that also added to my Special and Cast for restoring MP.

Humiliated Spot and even Big Daddy Clock could barely get two of those big "run to the specific spot" moments out.

Oh also Night Bloom is absolutely goated. I kinda scoffed at it earlier, but when you're pulling the enemies from the location you're you will pull the bangers in the late-game.

But I did speak to an attorney and he said the best way is to go via the insurance company, so that's what I'm doing. Gonna drop 'er off at the body shop and get a rental. All I'm paying is the deductible and if the insurance company gets a favorable return from the truck's company, I might even get that back as well, but they said no promises.

A hard thing to learn is that America has always been this bad. The only thing that makes this point in history worse is that they can all gather online and in their safe conservative spaces and get all the support they need.

Okay. Car's at my normal mechanic getting an estimate. Friend of mine gave me the name of a law firm she worked with in the past.

Skelly was saying something about my dash. "When the trail comes back to you, you're good to go again." I thought that meant you had to wait to dash again, but you can still dash while the trail is behind you so what's that mean?

That's Commander Schelemeus to you. Anyway, what actually happens is the moment your trail starts to move towards you, you have the dash again.

So to further elaborate, it wasn't just like a little shove and that was it. It was a push and me being pushed along a few feet.

Damage externally is pretty slight. It's the electrical damage that is a problem.

I've already spoken to my insurance provider and they'd agree to cover it minus the deductible if I choose to go for it that way.

I honestly wonder if it's worth the trouble to go after this business. Y'know, now that I'm cooled down and all.

It is entirely possible that big-old truck didn't even notice they'd hit me.

Driving home from work, near my exit.

The exit I get off has a merge just before it. A real crappy one, too. Like immediately after the merge is the entry lane from the previous exit which connects to the exit lane.

Anyway, we're stall and crawl. I'm not moving.

And I suddenly feel my car being pushed.

Behind me and to my left is a flatbed truck.

I pull over and stop. They do not.

I think on things for a moment and realize that if I ever want some satisfaction out of this, I'd need at least some information.

So I pulled back on to the highway, followed the truck slowly (it was still stall and crawl) and got a picture of the license plate and the company.

I'm okay, and the car isn't that heavily damaged, but the electronics went nutso. A lot of my dashboard functions aren't working and I can't use my turn signal, turn on headlights properly, and even the steering is sluggish, despite there not being any damage to my front or axles.

So the police know, I called my insurance, etc. etc. not sure if I'm going to pursue or not.

There's always a trigger but this suggests it is complex, with multiple factors.

Meanwhile, took my first stab and Coral Tower and it can go fuck itself. TWO fucking mandatory repeating gauntlets? At least 2 so far. This boss better be a fucking joke because I'm probably gonna riot. I got wrecked in the second gauntlet by the fat armored dude slinging shit out of the ground everywhere.

Anyway, if you don't mind some slight spoilers on that area: There are a total of four arena fights and then the boss. However, after the third you can open a shortcut to bypass those first three in the future, and the fourth is quite simple. Honestly despite bouncing off the first three fights at least ten times, it took me three tries to beat the boss, if that's any indication.

Hm. Only thing I can think of is to talk to her in a "settled" area, like in Bone Bottom or Bellhart, and not out in the wild.

So the picture, while the same basic incident, was not what he apologized for. There were two women involved. The hostess and the mama-san. The pictures are of him and the mama-san, and he did not apologize for manhandling her like that. He apologized instead for his conduct with the hostess, which was apparently worse.

Unlocked the Moonstone Axe, took it for a spin and the first thing I got was a Daed Hammer with which I unlocked Hell Splitter, meaning my base attack is just the slow overhead chop, but it's powered up, and DAMN does it feel good to waste just about everything in one hit.

EDIT: YOOOO you can dash in the middle of the chop, so start it up from distance, then dash in to drop it!

Sadly, it seems that drug use is considered worse than sexual harassment.
