Arydia. Plan is to play the whole thing solo then try to get my regular gaming group to play through it afterward. 40 hour game.

It's a giant fantasy campaign game. Build a character, equip stuff, level up, unlock skills, explore maps, fight monsters, interact with NPCs, solve puzzles, etc.

I am the nerd I always dreamed of being when I was a kid.

Personally thats what I like about battlefield. Large open maps that makes it generally accessible for both vehicles and aircraft alike.

bad place to be in on foot sure, but it also gives snipers the chance to snuff them out.

Battlefield 1 went with the right blend of big maps, small villas among the checkpoints. Gave foot soldiers some cover to work with, but not to the point where they would be safe from bombing raids/ artillery or explosion bombardments via tanks and whatnot

Oh I definitely like large maps with options. But 2042 did it the wrong way. Just completely wide open with no cover and flat boring land.

Watched the whole thing, good video. The main point to take away seems to be this: conservatives don't have empathy, but they can't change and be better, so instead they change the definition of empathy to be something it's not, something that is bad, so when somebody says they don't have empathy, they say "good!"

Gameplay is at the very last few seconds of the video FYI.

To be fair it does look like a huge improvement from the last BF. It's not a giant flat football field with helicopters gunning down people running across it.

I don't mean in a "well eventually higher import tariffs hurt America in the long run" way.

I mean, importers literally pay tariff taxes. As in, American companies pay a tax when buying and importing a good. Not the foreign selling company.

But I feel like a ton of people actually believe the foreign selling company literally pays the tax.

It's just, the whole thing is bizarre to me, because it's like, conservatives always hate higher taxes, you know? But then randomly, they're okay with higher tariff taxes? What?

And yes, theoretically it is possible that a tariff can help certain US companies. That is a thing that can happen. Even Biden used tariffs strategically. Chinese electric cars had a 100% tariff under Biden. So I mean, it's not like they're totally evil and bad. They are a tool to use to accomplish certain things.

But if you were to ask a conservative if they are okay with having their taxes raised to help bail out an American company, they would answer FUCK NO. But then if you ask them should we raise tariffs to possibly help out some American companies, they're like oh yeah that sounds great let's do it. It's basically the same thing happening though! You're paying higher taxes in both cases!

Well, in the near future, if they wait a bit, they actually will get that experience!

Just think about it. To a centaur, a horse bottom and human top is the normal. Just like with us, a human bottom and human top is normal.

Now think of how a centaur sees a horse. It has a normal bottom, but a freaky weird top! And it's stupid too!

To put it in perspective, it would be like if we humans saw a creature with a human body, but then a dog's head, and it ran around and was all dumb and ate shit off the ground and stuff.

It'd be weird I tells ya!

Eternal was too complicated imo. I could never get into the zone cause there was too much stuff going on.

I'm a little ahead of you. I beat Orochi and now I'm in Menoza trying to beat that boss battle. The Mirror of Ra was easy to get after I class changed a few of my guys. I haven't really found a scary dungeon yet, it's always the boss fights I have to prepare for. I mean, you basically have unlimited MP from all the items you get and multi hit attacks really mop up random encounters, especially Pile-On.

Oh and I beat the fight in Theddon on my second try after getting my ass handed to me. The key was my Monster Wrangler getting that boulder toss ability. Monster Pile-On is usually better but because of the way the spirits keep summoning friends having very wide and strong AoE attacks really helped me win. My Hero was around level 30 I think.

A certain cave is a very scary dungeon.

Yeah that spirit fight is what i was talking about. It didn't exist in the original, you just get the orb. Boss fight blew me away when I played.

Theres still good in the world, Mr. Frodo.

One orb was real easy to get in the original and in this remake it's super hard.

You have to. You literally can't get the tickets without using the app.

You gotta jump through hoops. I go to the website of the venue, hit buy tickets. They take me to the website of one of the two companies in the subject title (they're the same company, but with totally different websites and apps, but your accounts on either one is linked with the other, it's the same account, but also not the same account, kinda like the trinity, jesus is god, but actually not really, but he is). I hit buy tickets, it wants me to download their app. I do, open app, hit sign in. It then redirects me to the webpage of the ticket company, asking me to sign in via browser, which is the same website that told me to go to the app to buy the tickets. I sign in. It then lets me in my account on the app, where I can buy the ticket. I now have access to the ticket. I can view the name of the show. I click view ticket. Message says to view the ticket, transfer it to your google wallet account.

*deep, heavy, sad sigh of impotence*

I apparently don't have google wallet. But have account. Download wallet. Go back to ticket app. Transfer ticket to wallet. "Make sure it's the account you want, because you can only transfer it one time." I transfer. Go back to wallet app. View ticket. Finally see the required barcode ticket in its final evolved form.

God DAMN was it always this complicated trying to go see a dumb rock band? Why is it this hard? I thought technology was supposed to make things simpler. Look at all that bullshit I just typed. It was that cheesy kinda super blatant propaganda you see the Chinese government do, along with the likes of North Korea. Like a government video going on about how godly their leader is or something, and then we all laugh because it's so obviously BS propaganda. It's that level.

Also, side note, but I'm loving the writing and voice acting in this game. I mean it's still a video game story, but it's so refreshing after playing Dragon Age Veilguard. THIS is how you portray a medieval fantasy inspired world. The language is believable, it doesn't sound like modern people talking. There's a seriousness to it without everyone being "adorkable", but at the same time there is still plenty of humor that works very well. This is how it should be done.

Also, I just did a quick search and found a more reasonable smaller gang bang of hers from December, before the supposed world record gang bang, and it literally uses the same footage of the shot of dudes in socks in a hallway.

I got stuff to say about this.

First off, I got no judgement on these women. Let em be freaks if they want.

But also, why is everyone talking about this story as if it's some new shocking thing? It's kinda weird how porn has actually gotten more tame over the recent years. Back in the 90s and 00's, it was all the rage to have massive, massive gang bangs and bukkakes. Like, you saw these records all the time. It's not new. It's not "society degenerating" if we were doing the same things a generation ago.

Anyway, the numbers on these kind of events are also always highly suspect. Remember Lisa Sparxxx? The previous "world record holder" for biggest gang bang? Here's a snippet from her wikipedia:

"In October 2004, Sparxxx participated in what was advertised as the "Third Annual World Gangbang Championship" at the Eroticon 2004 convention in Warsaw, Poland. The sleazy event organizers that put these kind of things together are basically like wrestling promoters, like, they're great at drumming up hype. They're like carnie people. They make wild claims and just go with it, don't show everything, and everyone just accepts it as truth when in reality the numbers aren't quite as wild as they are.

Now maybe this Bonnie Blue really did do a thousand guys in one day, maybe the actual video shows a counter and is actually twelve hours long. I'd believe it then. But if the final video has a bunch of cuts and is shorter than twelve hours and it doesn't actually count every single guy, then it's just bullshit imo.

Did you ever play the one after this? Forget the name, something about ice or snow. I played it back in the day and it was good, never played this one though.

Eh, it feels like Ogre Battle 64 difficulty to me, and that's still a great game. Pretty easy. Just kinda relaxing.

I honestly feel like the tactics style games are a bit too hard for me. Maybe I just suck at strategy games or lack patience though.

Vielguard was a fun entry in the modern God of War genre of games. Go down hallways, beat up guys, spend forever looking for collectibles in nooks and crannies. It was a terrible Dragon Age game.

Also, please stop saying it just got bashed on my anti wokers. The writing was bad from a progressive point of view as well.

Think about that, what it means. He sent pornographic pics of a woman to her family and friends and shared lewd details about her to them. Imagine someone doing that to you with your family and friends. Holy shit I hope this guy gets big jail time.

The army management, the real time battle gameplay, the auto fights that play out based on your setup, the ratio of story segments compared to gameplay. It's all an homage to Ogre Battle 64, one of my favorite games.

And yet, it also has the vibe of a Vanillaware game.

So many well-designed character models. Does Neon know about this game?

It's like if Ogre Battle 64 asked Dragon's Crown out on a date, and they got along so great that they decided to bang on the first date, but Ogre Battle 64 accidentally didn't pull out, but then stuck around to marry Dragon's Crown via shotgun wedding (George Kamitani holding the shotgun), they raised their child together and that child grew up to be Unicorn Overlord.

Her vs Chun Li is like the ultimate boobs vs ass battle.

I surprisingly approve of the idea.

Well, Jeff didn't say it's not a horror film. He said it's not a modern vampire horror, but a classic horror. So it's horror. It's just about the seasoning, you could say. It has different seasoning compared to many modern horror movies. Like, take comedy for instance. You could have two movies that are comedies, but one could be a Mel Brooks slap stick comedy, while the other could be a romantic comedy with more realistic stuff. There's different kinds of horror. Nosferatu feels like classic, Victorian horror, and many modern audiences don't vibe with that.

I know exactly what you mean! I feel the very same way. Maybe his role as Shao was just that impactful as a kid?

Everyone pretty much is in agreement that the first Mortal Kombat from 1995 was a classic and a great movie with great casting, and the sequel, Annihilation, SUCKED and was a general downgrade, including all the "we have this character at home" recasting. Raiden, Cage, etc all getting recast sucked, and their new actors weren't as good as the original.

HOWEVER.

My thesis for you to consider is that Sandra Hess was a superior Sonya Blade. Unpopular opinion, but I stand by it. I know Bridgette Wilson is beloved, and has some recognition from some other movies, including the wildly underrated Last Action Hero where she plays Jack Slater's daughter and is the primary crush of our boy Danny.

Despite all that, Sandra Hess was better. She is a better actress, her character was written better (more spunky, positive, upbeat, like someone you'd want to spend a day at the beach with, looks like she's having fun when she's murdering people left and right), and also, while I can't post any pics because this is a Christian website for children and families and sexuality isn't allowed, Sandra Hess was WAY HOTTER. Her face was better, her shorter hair was better, her body was better. And yes, her god-given breasts were better (and bigger) too. Just go look!

ITT we talk about Mortal Kombat. I recently bought the new one on sale and the story mode was amazing. Best story mode in a MK game imo.
