Actually milk is my preferred drink, period. I have water for hydration purposes and use cola for mixing with alcohol, but when I want to wash down a meal, milk is where its at.

Even a savoury meal? For sweet I definitely agree. Or if you're just thirsty and not hungry.

I've started wearing shoes that have a bit of a thick heel (they add like an extra inch, subtle but noticeable for me as 5'9 to 5'10 is probably the most value you can get from an extra inch) just for this very reason. Slightly boost my confidence for sure.

For a long time I thought it would be stupid and a short sighted idea, and prided myself on "owning" my height and always wearing flats. I wouldn't do it on a date or a situation where I'm likely to have to remove my shoes and risk embarrassment, but in a work setting who cares
