Cloyster
Alakazam
Blastoise
Nidoking.

All have varied movesets, and can boost the shit out of their stats due to gen one unintended glitches(badge boosting).

Now if using gen 1 pokemon, with current mechanics it's probably a bit different.

You can't be mixing up 3 stage evolutions with 1 stage evolutions in this exercise. Eg no Snorlax and Nidoking

Restrictions.

Being able to only use 1 stage evolution Pokemon (Electabuzz, Chansey, Jynx, Lapras etc). No Mew or Mewtwo allowed, one legendary bird allowed

Being able to only use 2 stage evolution Pokemon (Exeggutor, Rhydon, Arcanine, Gyarados etc)

Being able to only use 3 stage evolution Pokemon (Charizard, Poliwrath, Alakazam, Dragonite etc)

Ignore later gen Pokemon that changed things eg Blissey and Igglybuff, just go by gen 1

Kingler had this issue in gen 1. High attack, low special, but no STAB physical moves

Yeah this is pretty much my thinking too.

Also explains the Celsius thing, because besides it already making sense, it's just easier to determine temperature at a glance (if it's in the 10s it's very cold, if it's in the 20s it's nice and cool, if it's in the 30s it's considerably warm, if it's in the 40s it's sweltering hot, and 50... you dead)

I think the film would have eulogized the Road Runner cartoons. How could you make new shorts about Wile E. Coyote using Acme products to try and catch the Road Runner after making a movie about a lawsuit? Even if they were in different continuities, I think people would be looking at it like it was a settled dispute.

That said, the whole notion of a tax write-off on a movie is terrible. It's literally charging people for a film they're never going to see because that money comes from tax-payers. I agree with the people in the other topic who said that, if you're going to label a property as a write-off, it should automatically be released to the public domain.

Even then, it's still bullshit to think that you deserve money because you wrote film that isn't likely to perform well at the box office. But, at the very least, they should not be able to shelve it and make money off of it.

Many people are sympathetic to the people who work in that industry. The same with how they are sympathetic to housekeepers, agents that have to work as front desk staff at resorts, etc. It's just people such as yourself who are a vocal minority who think its alright to go to great lengths to make everyone else miserable. I feel like with comedy it's ultimately about whether the audience laughs. If you're an entertainer and you're not giving your audience a show they find entertaining it doesn't matter if it's material that killed in 1989 or whenever. You're failing as an entertainer right now.

This is interesting, because a lot of the controversies surrounding comedians in recent years are usually from people who weren't at the show

Dave Chappelle, regardless of whether his jokes are appropriate or not, usually has his audience in stitches

Early seasons have their charm but are kinda slow, dated and more interesting than genuinely funny to me

Middle seasons are the best

Hours went from 40 to 20-25ish

It was more about the fact it's a 100x easier job, but I definitely consider myself someone who values low stress over extra cash

Wasn't the second one just mainly to show USSR they've got more than just one

That's a lot of lives lost to make a point

Ah damn. So both sides of the machines have weight scales on it there? We have one side that's just like a resting place for your items before scanning and then placing them onto the part that has a weight sensor
