But I feel Pikachu ex and Arcazard are best with Mewtwo and Starmie flavors next best. The first decent cards I got to build competitive decks with were Water (Starmie) and Weezing/Arbock, got my first 100 wins with those. At that point I had amassed enough cards to start piecing together the big meta decks and focused on Pikachu first, then Mewtwo then Zard. The HP were getting bigger over the years but then plateaued at a point and they even slowly brought it back down some.
