That made me feel a little ill. I don't like him but that was a gruesome image.

The only thing I can see is a photo of him with the left side of his neck covered in blood. I can't see any video other than one taken from afar.

Adult(s)? I can see a collector wanting that many or acquiring that many over the course of their life.

For many, it is a legitimate hobby. They acquire their weapons through direct purchase, gun swaps/shows, gun bashes (basically a raffle for guns).

One of the instructors I've had in the Army, between him and his brother, they own over 300 different guns. He hunts and has even taught his daughters to hunt.

Does somebody need that many guns? No, but you could say that about almost anything. "You don't need 3000 video games on your shelves, you can't possibly play them all. Even if you did, you likely wouldn't complete them or remember every single one"

So long as they're not (actively) planning anything dangerous or nefarious, it is really nobody else's business.

Since this teen was, at a minimum, cosplaying a school shooter look, then yeah he definitely doesn't need access to these weapons.

Sure, it can be a hobby to collect them, but I feel if you have kids you should make some kind of effort to lock them away. That didn't appear to be the case here.

Pretty obvious one here, but if we don't get a trailer/release date for Prime 4 here I feel like I would actually go crazy.

I think the worst part is that if by the time you get all the Chaos Emeralds and do the Super Sonic fight that the game isn't grabbing you, then yeah it's not great.

And yes, the game is far from over at that point. The process is repeated multiple times.

A 1:1 movie adaptation of a video game sounds terrible. Any video game with sufficient plot to make a movie from would also need to be cut down. Like imagine trying to tell the story of FFX in under two hours.

It's kinda why I feel like a Metroid movie that's exactly like a Metroid game would be pretty boring to watch beyond a few minutes-long abbreviation of it. The appeal of a Metroid game is the player experience, not the story.

I think a Metroid movie would go great if it was more about showing Samus's past and lead-up to becoming a bounty hunter to face her once greatest fears.

Very good visual novel game with a ton of interesting storylines. If you like VNs I think the amount of content seems worth it for $60.

Anyway, I could probably make another topic for the game if people want to keep posting about their experiences.

Big channels complaining their overly inflated views due to bots or cheating the system are now being corrected? Crocodile tears.

Smaller channels pumping out quality content that are being suppressed by the algorithm need to be highlighted/celebrated more as opposed to the clickbait/sensory overload garbage.

On the other hand, they did add a "hype" feature for smaller channels (under 50k subscribers I think). Within the first(?) week of videos being uploaded, viewers can "hype" the video for free and it'll greatly boost the visability of the video/channel. One of the few good things Youtube actually added.

Youtube insists that Restricted Mode thing is an opt-in feature, but a lot of people are just now finding out about it and that it was turned on for them. So I sincerely doubt it is opt-in only and that new algorithm that restricts content based on what it assumes your age is may be involved. Especially since they've recently added AI-assisted features (like auto-dubbing) that were automatically turned on. Had to go to my upload defaults and turn off that AI stuff.

It's very likely he watched a few vtuber videos and it came up on recommended because Rev's a vtuber. Because that's just what the algorithm does. I don't think it means what you're implying.

As an example, I like watching Xenoblade videos, especially video essays, and found a channel that specialized in both and they seemed very well put-together. So I subscribed, but it wasn't until later that I found out the dude had pedophilic tendencies outside of Youtube and had some questionable videos on the platform that I assume he deleted, so I immediately put a stop to watching his stuff.

I was expecting the mix to smell bad or have a bad texture but it seemed fine, and the cookies came out delicious. It's amazing how this stuff can go before going bad. If it wasn't sealed and kept in a cool place then yeah there would've been no chance.

In retrospect the Divine Beasts are better than TotK's "dungeons." They're a lot better as puzzle boxes and can't be broken, I just wish they weren't basically just like the shrines in aesthetics.

Edit: Guess I should add I mean "IMO" as I'm aware some may find TotK's versions better. I just felt like the Divine Beasts challenged you better with their puzzles.

It's funny because I think that was actually in their initial concepts where Guardians were actual creatures, but they decided on something like a mechanical spider because it would've been too far leaned into "horror."

I only really see myself getting a better (not extravagant) house in a better neighborhood and a better car. Nothing else really interests me that I would consider frivolous.

ToTK obviously assumes you've played BoTW and are already used to the old map.

I get that, but what of the new players who jump right in? Which they also very obviously designed the story around given there's so little references to its previous game.

TotK provides a vastly different gameplay feel despite sharing the same world, but it's not something I found super engaging.

Tears of the Kingdom is much larger and has more activities to do, which is nice. But I'm replaying Breath of the Wild and it just reminds me that it feels like a better experience. I think it's the fact there's not a lot of verticality in your movement which allows you to get to know the world better and properly explore it. It feels like an actual journey. Of course, this is before you get Revali's Gale, but even with that it's just powerful enough to not take away from that feeling of exploration, IMO.

Meanwhile TotK gives you such overpowered abilities and is far more focused on verticality that the world feels more like a giant playground for you to quite literally fly around so fast in. Which is fun in its own right but exploration doesn't feel as good, IMO. The towers are also quite literally designed for you to very easily reach the next tower and reveal the whole map very quickly, while with BotW the towers are just vantage points to find places of interest and it's up to you to make your way to them.

There's a couple of other things about TotK that kinda harms itself too, like it tried to have a more prevalent story while still keeping BotW's openness and it REALLY doesn't work. Also those overpowered abilities make the shrines and dungeons worse in my eyes. Like the majority of the shrines are "build this thing we want you to build and use it" and like half the dungeons can be broken with Ascend and building flying machines.

He's gonna keep blaming the most random shit on causing autism until he gets frustrated and just tells physicians to not even diagnose it. That way the lack of data means he totally solved the autism "problem."

Elephant form really makes the "filling the arena with crap" strategy that the boss does kinda moot. Plus you can just use the form to constantly throw stuff at him.

It's another Trump grift. He saw some people talking about why he's suddenly talking about wanting to go into heaven (with the MAGA base being concerned), so he saw an opportunity to grab more money from his cult.

If trans people are pushed into a position where we have nothing to lose anymore, the only thing that will do is create more shootings by trans people. Attempting to destroy the lives of every trans person seems like an incredibly stupid idea if he truly is worried about terrorism from us.
