I mean, the vast majority of RE6 takes place in cities. It's the first time they really had the budget to depict an active zombie outbreak in a city instead of the aftermath of one.

The main ones drawing out this self-defeating discussion are the contrarian progressives that couldn't discern Republican bait to save their own sorry asses. Gaza has very much been in his hands. He could have stopped the genocide at any point in the last 9 months and he has instead decided to go for an unconditional backing of Israel even when a majority of Americans support a ceasefire. Half of the reason he's down so bad is because of Gaza.

In a democratically elected position, a leader will follow what the majority of people want, regardless of who makes the biggest fuss. The only effective way toward an aggressive ceasefire stance was getting the middle of the road American wanting that too. It's one thing to denounce Biden's stance, but the level of animosity leveled against him is just baffling as to how some people think we are supposed to function as a democratic society.

Look at the polling on Gaza or any of the dozens of other issues where public polling doesn't match up with enacted policy. Biden doesn't follow what the majority of people want.

She knows she's not gonna be Trump's VP and she's coming back to the Democratic Party with her tail between her legs.

Okay then, what empirically indicates to you that Biden is going to beat Trump? He's been down in most swing states for months, he's been down nationally for months, and Democrats typically need at least a 2-point lead nationally to beat a Republican. What factors am I overlooking?

Ultimately no one cares about charisma if they are getting the job done, no scandals and are improving people's lives. It helps, but isn't important.

If that's true, why is Biden so absolutely screwed against Trump? He may be a war criminal complicit in a genocide, but that hasn't stopped our other war criminal Presidents from getting elected. Outside of that, Biden has been a much better President than Obama on basically every front. Trump measurably made the lives of nearly every American worse. If policy is the only thing that matters, why is Trump so far up on Biden?

Yeah, all of them should retire. Diane Feinstein was kept in place when she was on death's doorstep for months, and we have no reason to think it won't happen again.

The people spoke, they wanted Biden.

The DNC actively cancelled primaries (among other things they did) to squash any opposition, and there was a media blackout on all other candidates on top of that. Pretending like Biden was brought to us by an informed voterbase in an unbiased process is a blanket denial of reality.

It's almost like Biden is a walking corpse who has coinflip odds of being alive by the time he'd be sworn in and Trump has done basically nothing newsworthy

But real change is not an option this election, so they have to suck it up and vote to make sure things don't get worse. If they want real change they better start votting in primaries and down ballot elections

The DNC went out of its way to make sure there was no primary this election cycle. We never had the option to choose anyone else.

Trump only got elected because of the neoliberal status quo that's been rotting this country for decades. Hillary was the embodiment of that status quo, and she lost. Biden is a similar embodiment of that status quo and he is uniquely terrible against Trump.
