There would usually be a lot of tension and intensity in a tight, low scoring game. Especially in the Eastern Conference. Not a lot of that anywhere now.

Analytics are making it unwatchable. Threes look good on the stat sheet, but their relentless pursuit is not as exciting as fast breaks, dunks, pick and rolls, etc.

Analytics also gave us "load management", when someone created a stat to link back-to-backs to injury.

They need to do what baseball did and get someone to change the rules to de-emphasize analytic approaches, because again, they're boring to watch.

Depends on the tree. Something like a jade tree is almost indestructible and can go anywhere with not much fuss. One of the main mistakes people make, IMO, is wanting to keep them inside all the time. It's a tree, and shouldn't be inside more than a day or two at a time.

Nice. I have been "training" bonsai (as they call it) for years. Like an aquarium, it's rewarding once you've learned how to keep everything alive.

I had a gf whose mother had a 75 year old bonsai tree (satsuki azalea).

As for your purchase, make sure the tree is not glued into the pot. Some disreputable sellers will do that (easier to ship?), and the glue will eventually stunt the roots. If that's the case, just remove the glue, re-pot and you should be fine.

No. Always thought the the Miata was cool though, my dad's friend had one. My brother had an RX-8 for a while, which he raved about. Nothing wrong with them, AFAIK, just the styling doesn't do it for me.

I've been to every five-year reunion (and some of my siblings'). I love it. Also the five-years for my wife's school.

I go every 10, and they're not bad. Not at all the grandstanding stuff you see on TV/movies. There was a little at first (really just one person who had been a complete wreck in HS), but life has a way of evening things out and everyone became more mellow over time.

This is kind of like that guy who shot RFK saying that he wished RFK was still around because he would have pardoned him out of prison. Tfw you took out the one guy who could have helped you.
