The problem here is it doesn't originate from the MCU, it originates from the comics that happened 10 years before the movie. It was heavily inspired by 9/11, since the origin of Civil War was Speedball blowing up an American town by accident and the US government wanting to control super heroes.

The giant flaw with Civil War in the MCU was how public the identities of the MCU heroes was. In the comics, it makes a lot more sense, one side wanted to keep identities secret, the other didn't. The comic heroes are also a lot more powerful, so a government wanting all that power makes the stakes quite a bit higher.

No, it's something else entirely. Skin color doesn't denote a different race. Race = species, not skin color or religion.

What's really weird is they mention movies, since both Tomb Raider and Hitman movies were complete bombs (ALL of them). Tomb Raider got so bad Eidos said Universal killed the series with bad movies while Universal said Eidos killed the series with bad games.

No such thing. There is no mythology in vampire lore that states vampires die in sunlight, and the reflection thing is they don't reflect in silver, which mirrors were backed with until modern times. The sunlight shit was invented for the 1922 film Nosferatu because the director wanted to avoid being sued by the Stoker estate (they did anyways, and he lost). OR you educate the people so gerrymandering doesn't work. In other places it's getting harder and harder for Republicans to gerrymander districts because people with more schooling move into poorer areas. It's why the new scheme is to cut funding to education and put far-right Republicans in charge of school boards.

He's allowed. They made him super duper pinky promise he wouldn't, but there's no actual legal law binding him to not sell.

This shows a massive break from reality. Tom Parker is literally insane, as he cannot prove any of that, while I can prove there is no God.

Go back and re-watch it. They altered Magneto's past in Season 1 so it wasn't WW2, it was some weird civil war.

But later on in Season 4, it's clearly WW2.

To the one asking about Xavier in the comics, it's best to just forget it. At one point he's killed and his brain is put into Red Skull's head. Like, literally put on top of Red Skull's brain so he could become Red Onslaught or something. The comics are just so fucking bad.
