So say a million voters get $100 each so $100 million dollars of tax money just disappears. Obviously they don't want to use that cash to repair a road or a sewer line, it is much better spent playing at this. By the way all the vouchers are traceable, to make sure that they end up where they were intended. So that is another cost as a totally new bureaucracy, created to keep track and checks on this. Paying a tax to receive tax "money" which in turn has to be given to a politician. And people in Washington voted for this!?! I'm so glad I don't live in a liberal haven state.
