Japanese so I can watch my anime without subtitles, like it was intended.

I always need subs, even for English because many times I still cant understand what people are saying.

If you live in America learning Spanish is far more useful.
Even if you moved to Japan knowing perfect Japanese, the culture and your lack of being Japanese would make life horribly difficult and frustrating.

I guess the one benefit would being able to watch anime without needing to read the subs but then again it might awaken you to the fact that a lot of what they say is kinda cringe and no better then watching the english dub (other then the wider diversity of VAs in japanese language).

Today my conservative christian right wing father came over to visit.

He expressed that he was on Facebook and viewed rightwing stuff and then said the algorithm started feeding him all this bs like he wanted to storm the capital or something lol. It almost appears to me like social media thinks theres no standard ground for being rightwing.

I still don't know why the general mainstream is obsessed with rap. Drives me up the wall when I have to work somewhere where they can play music and all they do is play rap and hip hop with their annoying "uhhh's" and " yeah's". Was trying to get in shape and my knees were hurting so much from rollerblading and running that I couldn't do it for a few years, now I've mostly recovered from that and it's my joints around my elbows that kept me from working out for a year.

I just want to be sexy damn it and my body won't let me exercise. So now I'm doing everything to practice precautions such as proper form, stretching, vitamins and proper amount of rest days

Doesnt rreally bother me if its for TV edit.

While its important to be sensitive towards specific groups, I still dont think we should cut out all insensitive comments from movies and shows because if you are too worried your movie might offend someone your media comes off as artificial. What I think people forget is that its hardly ever just the villain or bad guy who says, for example something offensive to the gay community. Many times its just a jerk or a someone trying to impress their peers.

Considering this movie came out in 2002, having Spider-Man ask if his boyfriend made it for him was rather tame since kids saying F****t in school was rather common at the time.
