Me: It's pretty frustrating to see that every single show I'm trying to stream on Hulu has ads. I've contacted Hulu before, and the previous reps mentioned that some shows have ads regardless of me on the "No Ads" plan.

Support: Yes, that is exactly correct. Just to set expectations, there are SOME contents/shows that are listed in the Hulu Streaming library that you WILL STILL gets ads. This is because the content is in the Network on-demand list. These ads usually show up when you watch a show from the content provided by TV networks like ABC, FOX, NBC, CBS, CW, CNN, SEC Food channel, History, Lifetime, ETC.

Me: So why is that not written in the FAQs?

Support: With the ads we are seeing on the current plan that has Live TV, it was not added on FAQ's because it was under the the terms of use for Hulu.

Me: I'm subscribed to Hulu No Ads with Live TV. I'm not talking about ads on Live TV. I'm talking about ads on Hulu streaming.

Support: Since you have LiveTV, similar to traditional broadcast television, live channels that you get with your Hulu ( NO ads) + Live TV subscription will INCLUDE ad breaks. For excluded shows, SOME on-demand movies/shows, DVR recordings, and premium content, they will STILL HAVE ADS since they are NOT part of the Hulu streaming library. We do not have control over those ads since it is the Network/Channel's discretion.

Me: So are you saying that shows that I listed would have ads if I subscribed to JUST Hulu (No Ads)?

Support: If you only have the plan Hulu ( NO ads)$12.99 you are not going to get any ads. But if you add Live TV on the plan, you will be getting ads.

Me: So why am I subscribed to No Ads? Why am I paying more for this? Show me where in the terms of service this is allowed. I'm looking at it right now. Section 3.5: Advertisements. https://www.hulu.com/terms

I'd like to cancel my account and get a refund. You can prorate the refund for 2 days since my account. It's ridiculous to me that I'm paying $76 w/ No Ads, but I'm still getting ads on Hulu streams. If I were to pay $12 instead, I will get No Ads according to you, despite what Section 3.5 of Hulu's Terms states.

Hulu Ad Free is an addon. But yea I'll try again with a different rep tomorrow.

I'm aware of that link, and that's what made me start talking to Hulu support. They said only Hulu Originals and very select few network shows will have no ads. Ugh...

You: Nope. All records show you received and signed the package. You can escalate to eBay once 3 days has passed.
Buyer: This is the adress where the received my package it say katy 77450 if I could send a screen shot I would -and my adress is katy tx 77449
You: Using Google maps shows both zip code resulting in same physical location. Regardless, item was shipped to where you wanted it from the order page, USPS confirmed delivery to recipient at address, and USPS provided a PDF of your signature. I consider this matter closed on my end. If anything, your qualm is with USPS. I can help you file a claim with the USPS post general master if you'd like.
Buyer: My item was sent to the wrong address. My zip code is clearly 77449 not 77450. My item was delivered to that wrong zip code (77450). Just trying to understand if you made a mistake with the zip code. If a mistake was made I need a refund.
You: Mistake is not on my end. eBay automatically generates a shipping label based on what you entered in the checkout page. Again, I can help you file a claim with USPS. I will not be providing a refund. You can appeal to eBay on Monday if you're not happy with this resolution.
Buyer: Ok i will resolve this with eBay thank you
You: Absolutely. I will call USPS tomorrow as the shipper and start a claim. I'll update this chat with a claim number. Also note that the package is insured, so if USPS does confirm lost or mis-delivery, I will file an insurance claim on your behalf and then provide a refund accordingly. If you lied about this, this is mail fraud and also insurance fraud.

The person I talked to noted that he delivered the package to you, and also noted the last digit of the zip code may have been a typo when he marked delivered; he also noted that even if the label was wrong (which it wasnt), it would have been delivered to you anyway. The office of inspector general will reach out to the postman and you for a statement and to investigate within the next 3-5 business days. Reference ID xxxx. Again, on my end, this was marked delivered to where you wanted it and signed by you. I consider this matter closed and will escalate to eBay for their review on Monday should the case still be open.
Buyer: My package arrive today thank you for your help

I filed a misdelivered package claim this morning with his local post office. Post office guy I talked to happen to be the actual courier and he said he definitely delivered it to that address LOL. Regardless, he gave me a case ID and said the post master general inspector will now investigate and go talk to the receiver in the next 3-5 days.

I summarized all this and sent it over via eBay messages, including the case ID.

He just sent me the following message:

The cost for my wife to deliver our stillborn daughter was about $70,000 and she hit the $5000 max out of pocket but there were some uncovered things we got hit with like the genetic testing to try and determine what happened (a couple grand later the answer was )

He is adamant that he didn't get it. I told him USPS tracking says delivered to receipient and I got a PDF copy of his signature from USPS. He still says he never got it. I told him I can help him file a claim with USPS and his local police department. He said he's going to appeal to eBay for a refund. I told him I'll call USPS tomorrow and start a claim for mis-delivery/lost package and provide a reference ID number lol.

Dude I got the same issue but as a buyer, and it's at work. UPS dropped of my package apparently and said it was dropped off and received, which was weird.. we/ I didn't get it. We also have a sign saying to not drip off packages and to hand them.

Yea you can request a PDF of the actual signature. And the actual signature is his name.

He stopped responding to me after I told him the tracking number shows delivered to his address and he signed for it.

Currently, eBay pulled the funds from my bank account and is holding it until this issue is resolved. He hasn't withdrawn his complaint. Either of us could escalate to eBay after 3 business days; so by Monday, if this scammer doesn't withdraw his complaint, I'm escalating to eBay.

A smart scammer would say the item delivered wasn't what was advertised. And if I ask for it back, he would just send a bottle of lotion or some other bullshit of approximately the same weight. I'd be screwed then.

TC might I recommend looking into food sensitivities? Not sure if you are breastfeeding, but baby was very colicky and spit up a ton until my wife started trying to eliminate certain foods from her diet. Cut out some common allergens and he spits up significantly less and sleeps better

We are supplementing pumped breast milk with formula as needed. We're already using Enfamil nutramigen hypoallergenic formula... pain in the freakin' ASS to get this since there's a formula shortage and all.

On a side note:
She was born with tongue tie and we got surgery for her done two days after. Unfortunately, she still has problems latching to the nipple, and we've been to 5 lactation specialist visits (literally one a week + the one at the hospital)... they literally told us to just continue what we're doing (attempt to latch, and if fail, use bottle).

That's essentially what we're doing... she won't take the mamaroo, the 4moms bassinet, Graco swing, baby bjorn, etc. We bought literally all of this the past month to see what would stick and work (returned it to Amazon after a week-ish of failed use).
