Tbh the fact that she's never even watched the show, and to my knowledge has always tried to keep a certain amount of distance from it, is what makes the project appealing. She's got an insider's experience and perspective, but an outsider's creative enthusiasm. Whatever the result is, it could be interesting.

It has been confirmed that a brand new James Bond novel has been commissioned to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III.
The new novel, which arrives 60 years after the publication of Ian Flemings 10th novel, On Her Majestys Secret Service, will be written by Charlie Higson, author of the bestselling Young Bond series, and will be called On His Majestys Secret Service.
The novel will be published on Thursday 4th May ahead of the coronation on Saturday 6th May, with all royalties from the sale of the book going to support the work of the National Literacy Trust.
The book is set in the present day on the date of release and will see Bond sent at the last minute to thwart an attempt to disrupt the coronation by the wealthy, eccentric and self-styled Athelstan of Wessex, who is on a deadly mission to teach the United Kingdom a lesson. Can Bond dismantle his shady plans and defeat his privately hired team of mercenaries?

Higson said in a statement: "When IFP [Ian Fleming Publications] came to me with the idea of writing an adult Bond story a little more than a month ago, I was thrilled until I realised it had to be ready for the coronation in May.
"Getting it written and turned around in such a short space of time was going to be as tense and heart-pounding as any Bond mission. Although, of course, nobody would actually be shooting at me."

Oh and it's worth mentioning that in Savers (series 5) the protagonist makes his partner evolve by punching Digimon. Just straight up some normal ass 15-year-old throwing hands with Digimon to give his Agumon energy for evolution, lol.

And Ghost Game is worth it, but with an asterisk. It's an extremely episodic show. Most of those episodic stories are really fun, but it can be pretty rough to try and binge as a result. And they will try and bait you with cool overarching story hooks and mysteries, but the payoff is going to disappoint you. So...go into Ghost Game if you want to see a horror-themed Digimon show and fun characters, but avoid it if you're looking for a good overarching plot lol.

I'd say most of the Bond actors have more good movies to their name than bad, except maybe Moore and Craig.

It kinda depends. I don't mind the occassionaly reference, if it's just lighthearted filler dialogue anyway, like those Pokemon trainer pre and post battle quotes, or some random NPC conversations. But for main stuff I'd prefer not to have pop culture references unless they're specifically replacing a native reference that wouldn't make sense to the translation's target audience.

On the other hand, sometimes these stupid memes are a fun time capsule when you revisit an old game. Like that moron in Pheonix Wright who speaks entirely in early 00's 1337speak. >_>

Frontier has a fun premise and good start but it really starts falling apart as it goes on.

If you still have Sprite you can try running that. Its actually a pretty fun deck, and the non-spright support is pretty cheap, think the only generic URs for you starting board are IP:M and whatever targets you want her to link into

Or save up your gems and points for Tear, since that's going to be the deck. Unless Konami hits it even harder in MD than in real life, it'll be a meta viable deck for over a year, so you'll always have something that can compete in competetive events/higher ranks if it strikes your fancy.

It's the main reason I still haven't dusted Swordsoul and don't plan on dusting Spright. Having some competetive options is always good in case it ever strikes your fancy.

If you dont have enough indestructable metal to build your killer robot, just make the robot smaller so you use less metal, instead of insisting on building it to original specifications and giving it an achilles heel.

It's got very "young earth creationist" energy where they try to explain why a bunch of ancient history never happened and that civilization is actually a lot younger than we think. Except they're usually not religious so I've got no idea what the end-goal of said conspiracy is.
