I think the Freiza saga is best, it built on the Vegeta saga and upped the stakes while perfecting the template. Cell may have had better side characters and resolution, but the template had been laid down so well with Frieza, everything after felt like it was trying to copy the script.

Cell is a very close second, but aside from copying the main story beats, he wasn't as detestable as Frieza, Cell almost felt like he didn't understand the gravity of his purpose. Cell had a strange sense of honor. Frieza thoroughly enjoyed the suffering it wrought. Frieza had no honor or empathy.

By the time Buu rolled around, it felt like a major let down.

As long as it's voluntary, I honestly don't see a problem with this.

Travel is expensive, if people want to voluntarily deport I don't mind a few tax dollars being spent. For some folks this may be a rare opportunity to return to their home country.

Drivers aren't entitled to a tip, period.

The whole compensation structure for food delivery drivers is structured on that. So unless the delivery person is at fault for an issue with the delivery, you should fucking tip them.

Not tipping because you don't believe in it only hurts the low wage worker, if you don't like the system, don't order from places that force workers to rely on a tipping system.

In many areas yes, but in some no.

In retail, there's rarely a "tip" incentive. You get paid a wage more or less the same whether it's fast or slow. That also takes away some of the ability of the customer to mistreat or be abusive to the retail worker.

In retail, there are opportunities for promotions as well, much more than in waiting. Manager, assistant manager, department head, etc... there may be a head waiter in a larger restaurant, but those positions are fewer.

You are on your feet all day.

You have to deal with management and the public on a very personal level

You are caught between being bored and underpaid or overworked and stressed out from hour to hour.

Female servers (but some men too) have to put up with harassment more than most entry level positions.

There is little room for promotion or advancement.

These places could pay their workers a satisfactory wage, but they would rather underpay and guilt the public into making up the difference so they can keep their costs and prices for the service artificially lower... and so the execs and shareholders can make even more millions of dollars off the daily struggles of the working class.

Now they are finding the guilt isn't working so well, so they are using threats of poor or lower tiered service.

There were tough games, and then there were games that were unfair and games with poor design and broken mechanics. There was overlap.

Games like The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Rygar, Contra, Blaster Master, and Bionic Commando were tough and well made but ultimately fair.

They were in much worse shape then. Today they own so many properties and have so much clout and name recognition and marketability it's staggering.

Not everyone had children, or even children that could support them into old age. Exactly, Social Security is supposed to work on the principle that such a large pool paying in buffers the risk like how insurance essentially works.

Let people privatize their retirement and:

1) You remove people from the pool and lessen the efficacy.
2) We're going to have to pay for those people if the private market investments go belly up anyway. I am not going to advocate seniors starve because the bad financial advice they took failed them, I'm not a monster.

Mainly fiscal policy. Its become my main issue a really. The budget is a mess and continuing to spend isnt a solution. We have real problems that need active budget management and a 4 year political cycle isnt set up to allow a real fix. Cutting hard, across the board is the only viable solution but you cant do that if you want to remain in power.

Austerity doesn't work. Or at least it doesn't work for anyone but the wealthy who weather the storm and then buy up the distressed assets of the ever shrinking middle class.

You can spend your way out of problems if you invest in the right areas and make sure the spending stimulates and assists the general public rather than subsidizing the wealthy donor class.

Even something like military spending - I'm not against military spending, I'd just rather the money be spent on public development of new technologies and health care for veterans instead of funneling it to private contractors
