I'd do it for free.

I find it unsettling that they just leave you to rot in the ground when you die, what's the point? Just throw me into a particle accelerator and be done with it.

I don't understand why are people so obsessed with aggressive breeds and especially pit bulls.

90% of pit bull owners are manchilds compensating for somethings. Thinking having a more dangerous dog makes them look tough or whatever.

I'm not going to say that pit bull owners are as bad as gun lunatics, but it's not that far off.

Owning any kind of animal that has the ability to seriously hurt humans should be illegal. Especially if it's a breed with well documented patterns of aggressive behavior.

came in to say Arkham Asylum.

By far the best superhero game, imo.

City and even Origins/Knight are great, but Asylum was something else.
Back then pretty much all superhero games failed, then Asylum just delivered. 10/10.

Atmosphere, combat, characters, voice acting, story.
Not too long, not too short. Not burdened with open world nonsense that ruins most games.

Star Wars.

Maybe I've seen a movie or two when I was like 5, but I don't remember anything.

Kind of strange considering Sci-Fi is by far my favorite genre, but it seems that there's just too much to get into.

Sounds like a good way to ruin gaming for yourself. Right now I have zero issue playing games that are 30 fps, so I don't think I'd want to make myself not able to do that anymore

Maybe, but it's 2023 and people should have options.

When I'm immersed into a game, especially first-person shooters, I don't really care about graphics quality. Shadows, reflections, lighting, dynamic this or that, who cares. As long as the game is fluid.

Aiming around in a low framerate slideshow feels horrible.

[LFAQs-redacted-quote]

The obsession started when most AAA devs decided it's way easier to go for some gimmicky visual effects than actual fluid gameplay.

Who even notices dynamic lighting, next-gen shadows, a bit better draw distance in dynamic games where you need to put all of your focus on the gameplay.

But it's way easier to scale things up to 4k with irrelevant gimmicks than produce a stable framerate.

Games look and feel better at a higher FPS.

Everyone who never experienced a fast-paced game at 240+ fps should find a way to do so. I don't care how, but once you feel the fluidity you can't ever go back.

30fps in 2023 is inexcusable, no matter how they try to spin it.

It's a game, not a cinematic experience. 60 should be the bare minimum, with fully functional 1080/120 as an option for every game, so people can choose whatever they prefer.

He's got the potential to earn more in Miami with all the US market exposure. He's the biggest adidas athlete, apple is also coming into play and many others. And Miami is paying him 50 million per season.

As far as virtual stuff, I've spent a lot in CSGO, but made a lot of profit. That shit is more stable than any stock or crypto.

This was the worst. It's sad how people be such simps for corporations. It was almost like the beginning of the end.

Valve is the only dev that did it right.
They're making billions every year off their 15% steam market fee and customers don't feel scammed.

Yeah, high end skins for CS and Dota can cost thousands, but they're a better investment than any stocks or cryptocurrencies. And you can resell everything. And none of it has any effect on the gameplay.

Other devs saw their success and baited people with way cheaper cosmetics, but those can't be resold, so they're effectively more expensive.

I'd argue that singleplayer games are the worst. Base game prices keep going up, content is lacking and spending $70 for 10 to 20 hours of gameplay is just inexcusable.

It's funny how people are even easier to mislead than they were before internet became mainstream.

Somehow most people manage to fall for dumb propaganda and horrible takes even though they can research everything in a few minutes. I honestly didn't expect internet to develop this way and for people to be so extremely dumb. I knew they would be dumb, but this is something else.

Trump and Republicans don't happen without decades of conditioning poorly educated people to become mindless zombies. Propaganda upon propaganda that led to current US looking like a South Park episode.

One could argue that gun culture became so ridiculous because majority of those gun freaks never had to experience actual war. Once you see war and the consequences of it, your enthusiasm for any kind of weaponary disappears. Unless you're a psychopath.

Graphics are the biggest blessing and the biggest problem of modern gaming.

As kids, we couldn't even dream that games will look as good as they do today, but because of it almost all the devs are solely focused on graphics and everything else suffers. Story, character development, even voice acting in most games, not to mention gameplay innovation.

How many revolutionary gameplay advancements have we seen over the past decade? Remastered old titles play as good as any modern game, barely any gameplay difference.

Optimization is garbage even on consoles, let alone PC.
As is pushing 4k for gaming instead of 120fps as the norm.
