Man, I grumbled about not caring about Cody/Reigns 2 after the rumble but they are somehow giving a match I care about even less.

What was the point of even having Cody win the rumble twice in a row if he's not even getting Reigns. I originally assumed when I heard what happened that he was just going to get him at the Chamber instead rather than WM but seems that they aren't even going that route

Wasn't a fan of rumble winner and wouldn't have been if Punk had won either. Part of is probably tied to me disliking the length of Reigns run so Cody/Reigns 2 does absolutely nothing for me. Finish the story is stupid, it taking 2 years is inexcusable as there was no reason for him to not get another shot between last year and now other than they wanted to drag it out to another Wrestlemania. Reigns barely ever turning up only exasperates this as it's obvious that's what they were going for

I'd have been against a CM Punk win too because fucking off for so many years through your own doing and then coming back and getting put over the guys who stuck around and worked just rubs me the wrong way.

It's why 'Do the work, finish the story' is a stupid tagline to me because they don't actually put over the guys who have done that. I'm just not a fan of back to back rumble winners. Elevate someone who could actually use it rather than someone who already has won it and could have found another way to fight Roman anyway

With the players the Magic had missing it was a horrible matchup for us so I wasn't surprised it wasn't close. I had tickets but didn't go because I expected that sort of thing and there was a horrendous storm with tornado warnings like an hour before tipoff

I wonder if there's something going on in the background like it has FBS and FCS separated and ranked against each other. So using the EA type of system maybe Montana State is a 95 OVR for an FCS team and Georgia is a 93 OVR for a FBS team and it just forgets to scale back the FCS stats for FCS/FBS matchups?

Refs incorrectly attributed a foul to Suggs in the Magic game causing him to foul out in the final 2 minutes. It was his 5th foul rather than the 6th but he had no idea because why would he, he didn't commit the foul.

The game has subsequently gone to OT. Suggs is possibly the best G defender in the league (he's definitely in the top 3). If we lose this game because of it (we were up by multiple possessions when he fouled out), I'm going to be pissed

Also the refs fucked us last night. 3 calls that were wrong against us in the final 25 seconds of an OT quarter that ended up tied. That's a 2 turnover swing plus the personal foul. That absolutely changed the result

Risky move for the Knicks as OG could walk for nothing, they will obviously pay him. I really like Quickley but with how the Knicks have used him, they probably weren't matching a meaty RFA deal in the offseason.

I'd guess Raptors have more moves to make as RJ is a rough fit on that roster as it currently stands. I can't believe that this is all they got for OG after the pricetags that had been quoted for him previously. I'd have liked him (or Quickley) in Orlando but not for the price that had been rumored. But for the price that was paid, I'd have been happy to pay it as he would be such a good fit with our roster. Maybe we didn't think we could get him to re-sign

As someone who lives in Florida I think I'm more surprised they would actually arrest someone for that. People smoke here a lot. People drink and drive here a lot. So I assume people who smoke also drive a lot when they shouldn't too.

It was the biggest culture shock to me when I first moved to the US watching basically the entire bar get fucked up and then just hop in their car to drive home. Like people would drink all night, do shots with their beer and then do shots as they leave the bar and just hop in their car like it's nothing.

I know multiple people who have been pulled over whilst way over the DUI limit and them not be charged with anything or get a super minor offense. One of them flipped their car and crashed into a wall directly outside a fire station with no other traffic on the road. They got pulled out of their car by the fire services and by the time they were conscious fire, police and ambulance were all there. Zero charges and from what they told me they were at least double the DUI limit but probably closer to triple.

Obviously none of that is ok or should happen. Just saying I'm surprised that she actually got arrested for it in Florida

My Dress Up Darling - Binge watched this tonight after enjoying the above. I was pleasantly surprised and it tugged on the feelings a lot more than I thought. It was bit more fanservicey than I like but I knew it probably would be going into it

Good Night World - Ugh, this ended up being a disappointment because I started enjoying it and thought it had a lot of potential and then just failed to deliver in the end. Felt like with a few tweaks this could have been several tiers higher

Just started watching Plunderer now but am open to other suggestions. It has to be dubbed though, I struggle to maintain focus when watching subbed things. Sidenote but I cannot seem to get my english subtitles to work on Crunchyroll when watching dub even if they are supposed to have it. Also at no point did I think we would have double digit wins at this point. With our schedule (West Coast road trip plus several top teams like Bucks, Celtics, Nuggets, Mavs and a Mexico City 'home' game) I said 7-9 at this point would be a success.

9-7 was the optimistic best case scenario projection in my head. 11-5 is crazy

They think they are special but the reality is the Magic play every game like that regardless of opposition. Feels good to see how the Magic are playing. The defense are just putting every team they play in hell, there's no easy points or breaks. Just all action all the time. Number 1 defense in the league and it's very easy to see why

Jalen Suggs may possibly be the best defensive guard in the league already. He's definitely in the top 3. He's absolute chaos.

We are definitely easier to stop on offense since our 3 point shooting is woeful but seems last few games we have just found ways to pummel teams in the paint even without the spacing from outside shooting. We are 10-5 and we should probably be 12-3 or 13-2. Some games we threw away absolute massive leads and choked in the 4th. Learning curve for such a young team.

Yeah, Washington should have been above FSU weeks ago. Was one of the more baffling rankings
