I agree, but that's not the problem. The problem is that it spreads the misery to upstanding members by hovering the constant threat over their heads. This site is the perfect example of why it would be a bad idea. If a moderator if having a bad day or just doesn't like you, even though you follow the rules, you could still unknowingly be shadowbanned.

I always theorized they got rid of the user 5 star rating system because Netflix was tired of everyone giving the bullshit on there 1 or 2 stars. It didn't look good so they went with that percentage crap which tells me fucking nothing

A shadow ban is when you can still post and it doesn't seem like there's a problem but your posts are actually hidden from other users. So you would just waste your time and energy posting stuff that no one else can actually see. I guess the point is to keep people from just making a new account after being regular banned. Still pretty shitty.

I've never been banned from any site but I still try to avoid signing up for sites where it's a thing, because you never know when a moderator might be having a bad day and it sucks to have that possibility in mind every time you post.

Last one I saw was the second Nolan Batman or Watchmen, whichever was the most recent. I haven't even seen any of the old X-Men films. I like comic book stuff but don't like the liberties taken with the characters and stories, so I have no interest.

I'd probably start watching if they were 100% true to the comics and just jumped straight in without an origin story.

I used to drink NOS every now and then but it's been like 5+ years since I've had anything.

I just remember the ones with a lot of taurine seemed to make me way more jittery than the ones with a lot of caffeine. Also Red Bulls and Monsters had some piddly amount of caffeine... only 80mg, IIRC, whereas NOS had like 300.

I spent all day yesterday trying to get decent recordings of some stuff I'm working on just for reference to figure out what works and what doesn't. I listened to them again this morning and suddenly it all sounds very bad. But ah well... at least I learned some important things along the way.

Really? Every time I went to San Fransisco in the summer, it was way colder than the Sacramento area. Like we'd have to wear hoodies in the middle of July there.

San Francisco is generally a lot cooler than the rest of the Bay Area. East and North bay get disgustingly hot for like 8 months out of the year on average.
