Get gud at pizza

This topic is literally about big slices of pizza with thick sturdy crusts, not regular Neapolitan pies that New York is known for.

Why so defensive?

That's what specialty pies are, though.

Like, a buffalo pizza is legit just chicken, Buffalo sauce, and cheese.

Maybe I'm just a bit ignorant then, where I'm from "specialty pizza" usually means they threw together too many unusual things at once.

Nah, generally a specialty pie is any pizza that isn't just standard neapolitan.

I.e. chicken parm, BBQ, bacon ranch, baked zitti, white pie, etc...

Specialty pies have thick crusts to support the added weight of meats and stuff, so not sure why the fuck you're going on about regular pies.

Cuz everytime I've gone somewhere else in the country and tried their pizza just for laughs, they rely more on a la carte toppings instead of just stocking specialty slices all day like buffalo chicken, sausage and broccoli, bacon ranch, etc...

Do they just not have those outside of pizza Mecca here?

Also, semi-related one time my in-laws ordered a "regular cheese pizza" in New Hampshire and the staff brought out a fucking pizza with cheese on it and no sauce lol.

Most people over 30 that I know are all tired and miserable. Most of them it's because they had children, but some are just like that because, idk, they're not good at coping I guess? My fiancee turned 30 this year and I'm turning 30 in a couple months. We haven't slowed down at all and make sure to keep life fun and interesting. I think what happens is most people just forget how to have fun and resign themselves to "Oh, I'm not 17 anymore, therefore I'm supposed to always feel run down and sad. I feel really bad for them, but most of them refuse to change. They lose their sense of whimsy and adventure and childlike wonder, and it's all downhill after that.

TBQH, the only part of my life I'm not satisfied with is my social life, mostly because me and my fiancee never get to see our friends anymore on account of them never wanting to make plans due to their aforementioned tired/miserable existence.

A week or two ago me and my fiancee went swimming in this river that leads out from the harbor here. I dove into the water with goggles on and the goggles flew off and I had my eyes open under the water for a few seconds before realizing it, since the salt water didn't burn or hurt at all surprisingly.
Following that, I kind of want to just not wear goggles anymore while swimming at the beach since it was so comfortable and goggles are a pain in the ass.

So like, is that safe? I wear contacts, FTR.

I haven't played any others. Super Paper Mario is also good, but it's way different from the others

Well as long as we're ranking things, here's my own list.

1. Bowser's Inside Story
2. Thousand Year Door
3. Super Mario RPG
4. Superstar Saga
4.5 Super Paper Mario (if we're counting it)
5. Paper Jam
6. Paper Mario 64
7. Dream Team
8. Color Splash
9. Partners In Time
10. Sticker Star

TBQH I really don't care for the original Paper Mario. I liked it at the time, but everytime I go back and play it I like it less and less. Also Partners In Time didn't do it for me either. Game had bad pacing and felt really short compared to most others. Time travel theme was wasted too...

Sticker Star makes sense since I literally bought it, hated it, and sold it on eBay without finishing it in the span of 4 days. At least Color Splash I was able to make it to the end of the game.
